Can we just take a moment to appreciate how much of a badass, powerful & determined woman Elliot’s mum is?? That’s a huge project to have taken on! Also it’s so great that he’s with Kelsey because he must obviously appreciate how strong and capable a woman she is!!
I actually prefer the floral light over the plain frosted globe! Brings a real ~cottagecore~ aesthetic to the whole bedroom, especially with the antique dresser!

At the end of final touches I saw the deck and said to myself “that wasn’t there before!” (went alll the way back to the beginning of the video and confirmed LOL) but when Kelsey said Analise built it overnight 😦 she should be so proud of the work she’s put into these homes!!
Love love that u have been doing so many makeovers with majority thrifted/secondhand pieces!! Sure other channels will thrift like a piece of art or a vase or some bowls but truly nobody does it like u guys!!! The extra effort to be budget and eco friendly is definitely noticed and appreciated!

I am always amazed at what you can do with what you find at the thrift store. I see the things you pick up and can never imagine them in the space, but once you put it all together, everything works wonderfully! Amazing job!!
I think having the lampshades the way Kelsey wanted draws your line of sight gradually moving upwards and thus forms the illusion that not only the ceiling is high and the room is spacious but also because it's a very seamless gradient of positioned objects.

Even though I wish it was just a bit more modern and a bit less brown, i think they did a really great job with what they had. And Annalise was happy which is the most important. I really appreciate realistic budget makeovers unlike what you see on Alexandra Gater's channel or Lone fox, even though their makeovers are beautiful, they get gifted a bunch of Article furniture and call it a 'budget makeover'.... for most of us that's way unaffordable. So very refreshing to see an actual budget makeover! Go Kelsey!
