That was me and my team painting the Duck Green in there! What an amazing project! So many talented people bringing out the best in a new space! Very grateful for the opportunity and so glad it turned into something beautiful and amazing!
I think this was hands down one of their best makeovers. I love how they incorporate themes like wildlife without making it overbearing-like I think even if that wasn’t your vibe, you’d still want to chill in this space. And those chairs!!! I see exactly why Fefe snatched one. They are to die for!

In my house, we have quilts and tapestry blankets hanging on the walls. It’s really a great way to reduce echo and add insulation to poorly insulated walls.

I totally agree about the vintage finds.. I really commend these ladies on their dedication to detail. I work in the theater and I'm very used to props and set pieces that to the outsider, may not be significant but a whole lot of thought goes into putting everything just in its right place. I feel that these ladies have that same ethic.. They have a whimsical But intentional purpose when they are sourcing . Can you imagine these guys Finding all of the phenomenal Pieces that these ladies so diligently sourced and placed?? It will feel like the guys fell into a treasure chest.. My Scandinavian grandmother had a rug up as art in her living room my entire life. It’s a really lux white woven wool, so gorgeous. This one really looks so much larger on the wall than on the floor!

As someone who grew up with many tapestries, the easiest way to hang them is to mount the top (and bottom if the fabric needs it) side onto a wood stick (like a small wooden bar, I'm not sure how to call it). Because then, you only need to attach the wood, to the wall and the tapestry can remain a little wavy (or use a bottom bar if you want the weight to straighten it or to attach it). I love tapestries !
Putting rugs on walls is a really big thing in most Slavic homes. We use one currently as a “headboard” because it’s soft to sit up against and it’s a fun design on the wall.
Loved the style. The thought process. The incorporation and the test/sample layouts. That really helps with trying out things and returning what doesn't work. Also I have never listened to Fefe's music but consider myself a fan! She was so sweet to come by.

I would’ve thought you would’ve built a wood frame for the rug to hang on the wall like a frame on the canvas but it did turn out 👍🏼
The spaceship beaming up the cows in the tray…..muah….chefs kiss. I’m now on a mission to find something with cows on it. Also, the freaking bird painted and placed on the wall. Something I would never have thought of, but love. Thank you.
