    The rider detracts from the beauty of the horse's movements.

    Fail to understand why the rider is wearing spurs

  • @Zwergsiebzehn
    @Zwergsiebzehn 2 года назад +3

    The ground is too hard for the horse's legs and the rider seems to have problems with the seat, every bump disturbs the horse. That has nothing to do with being relaxed and dancing - unfortunately!

    The Friesian looks bored. And the chin chain looks too tight

      Looks stressed to me. So much foam from the mouth that it's gotten a speck on the left ear. No need for a chin chain or a severe bit if trained properly.

    A good dressage rider is in total sync with the horse, moves with the horse in oneness, is in excellent physical shape enhancing the horse's beauty, the two look very smart together, performing as a unit, the main point being the horse's ability and majesty & the teamwork. That is lost here, with a most distracting rider.

      Oh my! Couldn’t have said it better myself. The horseman’s overall demeanor is somewhat dispiriting, robbing the possibility of enhancing such pent up magnificence in both horse & rider. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Sorry but it was hard to watch.
