One of these days, I'll pick up another! FYI, this car has the optional Interior Upgrade Package (IUP) which included the silver interior trim pieces and 4 way adjustable headrest.

Always fun to watch new edge mustang content on your channel. That Mach 1 has the C-pillars as you mentioned but if you look closely you’ll notice someone has swapped out the c-pillar glass on your car that’s specific to the Mach 1. Also, not all Mach 1’s came with the silver trim around the radio, the larger headrest, silver door lock posts and the cobra pedals (interior upgrade package). Nice car. Stock and good running. I’m sure you can appreciate that with all the engine issues you’ve fought with the cobra.
My buddy’s dad had a 2003 red mach 1. Took us kids out doing donuts in a abandoned Walmart parking lot when we were 10 years old. Good memories, first car that got me into muscle cars. These cars were kinda a forgotten gem until ford renewed the mach 1 again recently.

Took me almost 3 days to finish this but man what a restoration. You have motivated me to continue working with my new edge I bought. Probably like 3 days or so after I bought the mustang I literally got pulled over for pushing the car for a short stretch. This was my first time getting pulled over besides having GR Corolla which I haul ass everyday with but somehow got pulled over with a Mustang😂.
My 04 Mach 1 has forged internals, T56 swap, long tubes, exhaust, P1SC, boost a pump, and black cobra reps. Makes a very reliable 550rwhp and is a blast to drive. Love the video!

As a detailer I recommend some Koch Chemie Eulex for the adhesive. It’s some good stuff. They also have Polstar and Greenstar for interior cleaner. You’ll love it

Great video. I’ve done the same thing with over 100 pre emission diesel trucks over the years. I’ve never found any job that I can make what I do hourly flipping/restoring. Plus, I just love the old trucks and the art of the deal. “You make money on the buy.” Truer words never spoken.

That CTS-V you saw the color is Glacier Blue Metallic and it's ultra rare. There are only 15 wagons, 21 coupes and 12 sedans that got that paint. I have a manual V2 sedan as a weekend car so I would love to see another Caddy on the channel. I originally subscribed when I found the V1 daily build series and am still considering grabbing one for a daily. Keep up the killer videos man this is one of my favorite channels on YT.
For future reference, in stead of replacing the entire abs unit, you can actually un bolt the module itself that way you don't have to get into the hydraulic part and won't have to bleed. At the shop generally with an abs module failure we just replace the module, saves time and you don't make a mess with brake fluid.
We don't know if the issue was with the pump valves or the module, it's smarter to replace the whole unit without checking the module's resistance values & powers/grounds. Living where he does I expected it to be a wheel sensor but then again the car was kept out of the salty winters. Sadly it wasn't kept out of the sun..

Great job as always Chris! Your attention to detail and knowledge of how to make things right continue to impress me. More impressive than that though is your dedication and drive on these projects. I have a few years on you at 53 and when I'm done detailing either my daily, my truck, or my boat man I'm done doing that for a while! I need a decent length break between projects like that and the fact that you do one right after the other is very impressive. From a skillset standpoint, I could have done the mini resto on Mach 1 but not sure I have the drive to do it in one weekend. Awesome as always Chris and keep the great content coming. Enough Fords for a while.....get back to some GM stuff LOL

A big thumbs up on the transformation of this one Chris, she turned out sweet. One heck of a quick turnaround from it was. Awesome job, awesome price that you sold her for.

Making me miss my 03 red mach 1. I sold it on thanksgiving to get the money to finish my full build on my 2004 comp orange mach 1 but it was my first manual car and what really set my love for the new edge mustangs. I really miss driving a slow manual v8😭
I work in a bodyshop for mass transit i use rapid tac for decals besides just spraying the body before laying the decal also after you get it down spray the paper within a couple minutes it will come off the sticker so much easier dont no if your doing it that way or not love the content have a happy new year 🎊 🍻

Reading some comments the "quick flip" with this one makes so much sense and makes me as a gm guy feel a whole lot better😂. I've been getting into the more open minded view on cars as i get older, getting more into the mustangs, and since I've been watching the channel (since the cheapest cts-v) but gotta be honest i felt a little down when i saw another mustang. Then the quick flip mindset set in real quick and was like "well gotta get cash for more content!"
Back in 2003/2004 i knew someone that just got out of the military and had his choice of buying a brand new mach1 or cobra and he picked the mach1. I really couldn't believe he did that when both were stickered for 30k each, but for some reason there is a following with the mach1 for a lot of people. I just have always preferred the svt line myself but they are all unique in different ways.

Reading some comments the "quick flip" with this one makes so much sense and makes me as a gm guy feel a whole lot better😂. I've been getting into the more open minded view on cars as i get older, getting more into the mustangs, and since I've been watching the channel (since the cheapest cts-v) but gotta be honest i felt a little down when i saw another mustang. Then the quick flip mindset set in real quick and was like "well gotta get cash for more content!"

Back in 2003/2004 i knew someone that just got out of the military and had his choice of buying a brand new mach1 or cobra and he picked the mach1. I really couldn't believe he did that when both were stickered for 30k each, but for some reason there is a following with the mach1 for a lot of people. I just have always preferred the svt line myself but they are all unique in different ways.
