At 6:55 I put the storage between the assemblers and bus this way you don't have to use a splitter and loop it back around (basically the outputs go to the right towards the bus then into the storage, out of the storage and onto the bus all one one lane. When it comes time to move the storage to another location (if desired) you can fill the spot with another assembler. It also leaves room to add more assemblers to the left if needed.
Ahhh yeah that’s a great idea David! Will definitely bare that one in mind for the future not sure why I didn’t think of that but that’s why I appreciate discussions and sharing ideas, thanks for this one.
Hi, good honest vid bro. I also thought we need 'all the things, everywhere', but there are only that many recipes that use coils, rods or plates in the early game. It might be easier to let the bus evolve with each receipe... Also, it could be nice to bring the bus down one level more, then get up what you need. Keep up the good work. ;-)
My let’s play version of this will be available beginning of next week, still early game but a little different. But I will definitely be doing an updated version later on in my playthrough 👍
Every base needs a hub of cargo landing platforms not a belt bus. Stupid belt bus is just nonsens brought by cheating youtubers that do not even play the game...
Not sure that’s 100% correct as they are ideal up until you have access to the cargo ships, okay they are not essential but definitely keep things neat and tidy. Also I do play the game hence I’m 100 hours in with 15 episodes in my playlist 😁

From what I can remember is r that wire coils are only needed for electrical components so there is no need to have them on the bus
id like to see an update to this when you are later in the game

Not to mention that when it's on bus it makes it very easy to see what your outputs and inputs are and where to expand when it's time grow the factory
