Excellent question posed at the beginning of the video. Love the mathematical figures included in the video. I like the fact that the discount codes can be stacked. Sounds like an invasion 😂
Hi Steve--i recently received the Hydro Wave. Interesting--the strap connecting the handle to the machine arrived upside down within the machine. In other words, the Hydro logo on the handle faces down. I reached out to Hydro; they urged me to open up the machine with a flat head screw driver to try to fix this. I was a bit surprised that they did not offer to swap the machine....I can definitely appreciate the usefulness of the larger Hydro with the screen that pivots for easier viewing of the stretching and yoga exercises. Best! Don
@Steve Julien ahhh, I'm well thank you. Hope you are well too 😊 I would love to see hear your thoughts on the Peloton Row, compared to the Hydrow. Love your videos. Keep up the outstanding work 👏 😁

I think the original Hydrow is beautiful- it has an Art Deco air to it. If I had space to dedicate to a home gym, I would have opted for the original. I don’t have any additional space so my rower is in the front room, and I went for the Hydrow Wave. It’s also beautiful in design- I think your Batmen reference really sums it up well! 😀 It’s doesn’t take up too much room, and i agree it’s easy to move around- I am a 5ft 6in female, and was able to manoeuvre it easily. I would have loved to have the bigger screen, but the smaller screen doesn’t detract at all from the experience. I have only had it 2 weeks and I have already racked up 35000 metres 😎🚣
Awesome reviews, thank you! Do you know if it's possible if I bought a used Hydrow, if I can then get my own membership with Hydrow and then use it on the used machine? I'd love to get one slightly used that is already put together and ready to go.
Hi Steve; I promise this to be the last question. Is the scenery in the Hydro rowing more fully enjoyed witht the larger Pro over the Wave? That's the one thing that draws me to the Pro--is the screen size and the scenery. Thoughts? all the best--and thx again!
@@SteveJulien Hi Steve! I keep coming back to your channel and sorry for the continued questions. I'll try to dial those down. I believe the Pro has a width of 26.5 inches. That's just about the the width of my bedroom door. Is there a way to angle the Pro to get it through doorways? I might want to move it from my bedroom to my closet in my apartment--all on the ground floor. I'm just wondering if the Pro clears going through doors or do you need to take the doors off to move it from room to room? Also, I know its heavy, but it sounds like one can move it by themselves a few feet on the same level, right? Obviously, one needs two people to move it up and down stairs. Again, thank you. Best! Don
@@MrDcrules Fit through standard doorways no problem, I take it in and out of my gym regularly. Its fairly easy to move with one person but yes, would need two people to take upstairs.
I hope and pray the reviews are accurate for quality, which I fully expect they will be. However, be aware/advised, as a recent cash purchaser that took advantage of the Black Friday sale, was disappointed to learn the day after and a few days after, they added over $300+ in extra equipment for the same purchase. This is great for those who procrastinated, but for me; customer service and sales should have made one aware. I guess I remember the old days of brick and mortar store integrity. It squarely falls on me and I look forward to the workouts and use [and hopefully weight-loss and conditioning] and I hope it gives me years of good service as I am now concerned Customer Service is just a 'refusal' department...I'll update on the equipment but honestly believe it will be great! What's a few pieces of equipment anyway?
Hydrows customer service is the best out here in my opinion. Drop them a line and explain your concern, I’m sure they’ll come up trumps! The Rower is amazing
UPDATE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: AWESOME!! They listened to my concerns and comments, and after reviewing they satisfied me on all aspects of my comments. Proving that they are Customer Oriented and a solid company! ALSO, I LOVE MY WAVE!! I would suggest only buying if you plan to use their coaches and programs..they are worth the money! Thanks!
Appreciate the videos on these machines, bought myself a Hydro Pro arrived today and I’m stoked with it.
Great to hear!

Thank you Steve for this review. It is incredibly helpful. I'm in the US so cheers from across the pond!
Another great video/review Steve. Nice one thanks, Just need to grow a pair and pull the trigger

Brilliant video, Steve. Do you have any plans to review the Peloton Row when it becomes available in the UK?
Thanks Rachel!
Hope you’re well.
If I can get my hands on one, 💯

Hello and great video!!
Can you just row and not pick a class??
Thanks
Yes, you can just start a scenic row (no instructor) and just row.

If you have the room and the budget, I would go for the Pro.
Much appreciated Steve. Great content and advice. Best! Don

So you can cast the rower's screen to a TV? Not using a phone or tablet? I'd like to row and cast the screen to a TV.
Alas, you can’t cast from the Hydrow, I use my phone to screen cast.
