The part I don't like about carnivore is that I have to cook more and the grease😅.. although, I found that cooking in deeper pans helps the mess ... but I do like the way I feel. I previously tried eating more salads, no carbs, veggies and protein, but I only felt a lot of bloat and achy body. I just restarted carnivore and am grateful for all the ideas and recipes to keep me going.. thank you!

Yes, the grease! It's a real thing!!! A deeper pan does help; you're right! And a lid sometimes. But the benefits far outweigh the mess, in my opinion. Have you gotten my FREE one week carnivore meal plan? I think it might be helpful. I'm glad you're inspired by our recipes. There are MANY MORE TO COME! =) We'll see you around!

So, veggies and salads. All of them aren't good for you?

Have you ever cooked frozen ribeyes in the air fryer? They come out well done and crispy! And less mess!

Nice easy meals that come together quickly. I get intimidated by long recipes with tons of techniques and ingredients. I’m a simple cook. I loved your meal ideas. Please make more videos like these. I’m not carnivore. I’m not exactly keto either. (Baby steps lol). I’m trying to eat lower carb to lose weight and lower my A1C and heal my hashimoto. I love these meat based meals. Thank you.

You MAY have taught me how to finally make rib-eyes in the skillet! So smart to cut up the fat in small pieces. I just subscribed. Glad the algorythm pulled you up for me. Have a wonderful and blessed 2025! ~Karen in Utah

I bought mine on Amazon! But my husband is now making ours after we cook a roast in the crockpot. From that, we get beef broth and tallow! Nothing goes to waste! ;)

Looking for ideas. I previously tried carnivore with horrible results due to undiagnosed Celiac disease. Restarted after Christmas after being gluten free for 9 months. I'm going to try cutting my fat on the steak. It looked good.

I have several videos with more meal ideas that I hope you'll find helpful! =) Yes, the cut off fat from a steak ("Crispies", as I call them) are amazing! =) I'm sorry you had horrible results earlier. I hope this go round is much easier for you. There may come a time when your digestive system is adapting to this way of eating and it can give a person diarrhea. That is a normal part of your digestive system cleaning up and healing so let it run it's course (could be for a few weeks) but then that should go away. So, just a heads up. I believe Dr Ken Berry explains that scientifically, if you're interested in learning what's happening at that point. God bless your health journey this year! =)

Perhaps try using a mic when cooking. You are drowned out by the cooking sounds when you cook and the sizzle gets very loud. Just a friendly suggestion as I watch a lot of cooking videos. 😊.
The steak looks amazing. Unsure what I’m having tonight. Hubby is sick and hasn’t had much of an appetite so I may eat leftover carnivore egg drop soup tonight.

Yes, I totally forgot my mic that day. I'm so sorry it was so loud! I'll try to remember that in the future. Sorry your hubby is sick. Is he carnivore? I have been sipping on homemade beef broth, not feeling the best myself, today. Would that be comforting to him? Your soup sounds yummy!

@@looking.on.the.brightsidehi there. Thanks and no worries. Was just letting you know in case you didn’t realize it. 😊.
No. He isn’t. He eats sad. I’m Ketovore and just got over the crud and didn’t get nearly as sick as he did. He isn’t willing to make the diet changes.

I really need to lose weight at least 100 pounds. If you don’t mind me asking how much weight have you lost on the carnivore diet and how long did it take you to lose that weight? thank you I really enjoy your videos 😊

However there are also many saying Redmond’s is hiding how many heavy metals their salt contains.

If you are aiming to eat healthy while being a meat eater, you need to pay attention to omega-3 fats. Prioritize grass-fed organic lamb, beef, bison, and elk and also fish.

Great advice! I stock up on ground bison, grass-fed Australian lamb chops and wild caught salmon from my local Costco.
