I buy them mostly from Pandafoxtoys.com and eBay. Wheels roll on all of the NG Models ones.

They're lousy with Pre-Orders by offering items they're not sure will ever get shipped and will subject you to a 25% re-stocking fee if you decide to ask for a refund after waiting months for the pre-ordered item. What's worse is they will ship out items with no insurance or signature required. If your item never gets delivered then you are left on your own. Many online shops. I get mine specially from pandafoxtoys.com. They're awesome. Have great Customer Service. Are very quick to ship. Don't charge for shipping and have a reasonable awards program. My other choices are diecastairplanestore.com and eBay. Be careful with eBay though. If I can't find what I want at Pandafox Toys then I'll try eBay. But, before you settle on a price with eBay, make sure you do an advanced search to see what that particular model has sold for in the past. Best of luck.
