I buy them mostly from Pandafoxtoys.com and eBay. Wheels roll on all of the NG Models ones.

Hey, I was just wondering, where did you get the planes, I’m wanting to make a model airport and no airport is complete without a plane

Many online shops. I get mine specially from pandafoxtoys.com. They're awesome. Have great Customer Service. Are very quick to ship. Don't charge for shipping and have a reasonable awards program. My other choices are diecastairplanestore.com and eBay. Be careful with eBay though. If I can't find what I want at Pandafox Toys then I'll try eBay. But, before you settle on a price with eBay, make sure you do an advanced search to see what that particular model has sold for in the past. Best of luck.

****Whatever you do, don't order form Waffle Collectibles! They're lousy with Pre-Orders by offering items they're not sure will ever get shipped and will subject you to a 25% re-stocking fee if you decide to ask for a refund after waiting months for the pre-ordered item. What's worse is they will ship out items with no insurance or signature required. If your item never gets delivered then you are left on your own.
