a good alternative to the baking paper is getting some kind of plastic sheet(maybe from some packaging or plexiglass bought from the store) and scuffing it up with the abrasive side of a kitchen sponge

Tip for terminal: you can make a dark wash using 2 drops of black paint and 6 drops of water, then you wil paint your terminal with the wash and wipe it off withe a cotton bud or toilet paper, it will look much mire better.

They are Christmas lights which I drilled a small hole for in my airport. I then coloured them with a permanent marker
