For many people asking: an instruction lap with me is 49€. 149€ for 4. More info can be found on apex-nuerburg.com Looking forward seeing you at the Ring!
I was hoping to come to the ring after my car was built (not too much performance, I'm poor and live in Croatia lol just some basic mods) but then I got into a head on collision with a driver that pulled out into the main road without looking, and the car got destroyed. My dream is to drive at least one lap on the ring, even better if it's a lap with you, in either a new car if I can get one or just a rental...
I'm going to ask you something else: have you ever counted how many laps you've done in your life? Cause your knowledge of the track is amazing (watch Mischa's blind co-driving people!!!)
@@Byley-e7h , “Speed is good... wait... now, left left left and flat. Down the middle, right... tighter tighter, good now flat...” Yeah, I can see how that might go. lol
This shows the obvious difference that quality instruction provides a much quicker, enjoyable & importantly safer lap. Awesome build too! Great Vlog Misha!
You can also tell Misha's used to instructing in left-hand-drive cars as he was doing his gestures with his left hand, quite far out of view of the driver. :D But I guess the verbal instructions were clear enough as that second lap was epic!
The difference between the two laps is night and day. The value of an instruction lap with Misha is pretty crystal clear. The thing is as much as we all lust after these high horsepower and top dollar supercars and hypercars, there is something refreshing and relateable about cars and builds of this nature. Every real petrolhead loves and respects builds like these.
Way back when I was fiddling with cars, I switched from a pocket rocket like this (a bit lighter, a bit less power, similar power/weight ratio) to a bigger car with more horses. That took away most of the fun: speeds went way up on the straights, in the corners the difference wasn't that big, and I just spent an enormous amount of cash on gasoline and parts.
Gas, to the outside, go! Sounds easy enough, but wow it was intense to follow the instructions. Thanks for sharing, awesome. Edit: To be clear, I was not the one driving the car. I actually felt it was intense just watching the video :-)
Great driving. I can only assume how hard it is not knowing the whole track in such a beast of a car. Also worth noting the time and money spend on it, so you do not want to bin it.
I love how the driver immediately agreed to have an instruction lap and then went responsible but still pretty fast for such a "manual" car and followed all the instructions very well. I would have shit my pants.
Yeah, I remember that my first two laps with Misha felt kinda similar. His instructions were on point and the lessons learned extremely valuable. Without those, I may have overshot some corners and probably wouldn't have overtaken some of the cars in front of us. One or two instruction laps with Misha has to be one of the best bang for your buck driver mods you can get on the Ring IMO.
What a difference first lap and second lap. That guy hasn't learned even close in twenty laps what Misha showed him in one instructions lap. Misha next year me and mine friends are coming from Zagreb. Big up to Misha👍👏
Wow,, that was something special,,, im not going to lie that second lap was pretty emotional to watch, the difference you made to him was amazing, the thing I like about you is you just love to improve people,, its not your job,, just your heart
That was awesome seeing you start to unlock his potential! He took to instruction very well! The confidence levels between those two laps was night and day. Must have been very intimidating on that first lap to be unfamiliar with the track and have you sat next to him. Really cool little car as well, reckon that'll be a rocket round the ring with a bit more practice.
*First lap:* Enjoyed the beautiful sound of the engine *Second lap:* Enjoyed watching Misha working his magic : ) Kudos to the driver btw, he is a fast learner and seems to be a genuinely nice lad o7
This is why I watch your content bud you could have just let him go after 1st lap (you had what you needed)but you took time to give him an instruction lap and actually help him 👍ps the laps with your instruction are my personal favourites
I was afraid that it would be too fast to react to any instructions, but these were so clear and well put that even I felt I could do the driving with these instructions. Well done.
Wow! During the second lap I found myself on the edge of my seat, having a hard time keeping up with the instructions. Intense! If I ever gather enough courage to make it to the Ring, I'd love to do a couple of instructed laps. Definitely worth it.
Way to be a good guy about it. The “pro teachers” in what I do can be absolute jerks about it. Guys like you can keep it fun for people getting into a sport
Wow Misha is really a pro instructor, can tell a huge difference between 1st lap and instructed lap. neat content as always bro. Also the driver did well following the instructions.
Misha you are a brave man. You get in with every rider, but you don't always know how well they drive and know the track. These are the best videos for me, showing someone how it is done.
This whole thing was class. Misha being a ring God and the lovely built fiesta. Nice to see a built car for once instead of some rich kid in a super car. Edit...misha would be an awesome rally co driver
Great content Misha! Some people would argue this was quid pro quo, content for free instructional lap; but for me it just shows whatta great man and human being you are Misha; for me second lap was emotional AF (Ex Fiesta 1.3 owner here). We will meet once m8, mark my words
Misha, I always enjoy your videos but this one was something special: a down-to-earth car, a hands-on owner and to hear your instructions was sooo good.
This is epic. Huge respect to both the driver/ car builder and to Misha for creating this comparison video. The sense of focus in both laps is palpable but following the instruction and driving on the second lap has left me with a massive smile. I'm more than a little envious. Some of the best you tube car content ever on this channel.
Took a while for the lad to think quick enough to process your instructions but you see as he got comfortable he began to trust you, what a great experience
Can’t believe how much I enjoyed the running commentary around the track, little things we don’t normally notice stood out. As usual I loved it - also nice to see “analogue” cars now and again! 👍
My favourite content car walk around then a lap......fair play Mischa sharing the knowledge respect to you for being probably one of the best passengers ever !

Wow, such a good video. The second lap with the instructions was so much better. Would love to see what that fiesta could do in the hands of a experienced ring driver.
The difference between the two laps was epic, great tuition allied to a vast improvement instantly... thanks for sharing. Awesome Fiesta too, what a weapon
Misha that was Fantastic 🙂👍🏻 Huge Well done to the driver for taking and following all those instructions, especially in a Clutched, Stick Geared car, his brain must have been doing 100 thing's at once 🤪🙂 Do you know roughly the difference in times?
