Some groups on MTA SA servers have much more prestigious and iceberg level depth to them. I've been in a group on the CIT server since 2011 and I've seen it all and done it all.
I asked an admin on the server and apparently the mods that allow you to go into first person is bannable, did they just let you guys do it for the video?
could you remake the GTA SA Modding Guide - Absolute Essentials video because it is a bit outdated and a lot has changed and it may still work but it is still a bit confusing with the new files added into the updates

I use Photoshop, but if that’s not an option for you, try GIMP. I found a stock image of some police case board (forgot what they’re called) and cropped several images from the SAMP vods and plopped them in there, wherever they fit. Then I color graded to match the stock image, and then used the pen tool to align a map of our main headquarters for the maps section (I used the pen tool so the strings were visible. Ill admit I did a poor job) Hope that helps. The original thumbnail is actually much bigger than the one used currently, but you couldn’t make out any details
