      Yes it sure is! I think it was a largest garage door I have ever done. A big improvement indeed.

    My home garage door is 2 yrs old and the paint on it. I recently has a new panel applied onto it because part of thr door became malformed. Question: Do I still need to prime the door with the original paint still being on it and fantastic shape??

      I don't have a great sprayer and it actually doesn't take long with a brush and roller and quick set up and clean up too

    What brand(s) of paint do you use for different projects, and what are your favorite kinds of brushes?

      I like bennet stuff, there products are generally very good and I like benjamin Moore and , Sico paint

    Do you see white when door is open on edges ??? Like top and sides ???

      Yes but that's ok, if you do the inside edge and it touches together it will always pull off

      Unless you let it cure for a long time without shutting it

    2 or three coats total ??...can you do three coats same day ???

      3 for this dark one, and no, I might do 2 in one day but not 3 i will do it over 2 days

      @@JBIRD575 yes I would wait for 6-8 hours between coats, I never rush the process

    If you don’t mind me asking how much did it cost, did you get a specific paint that is made for aluminum, and how much paint did you use for 3 coats?

      I primed the area first with a good primer, then I used an exterior paint made by PPG , it was 1 gallon to do the whole door, the paint and primer cost around 110$
