      The ATF has a little over 5000 total employees that includes all the people answering phones; meanwhile there are 10 to 40 million pistol brace owners and at least 24.6 million AR-15 owners that still doesn't even get into the AK rifles.😅🤣😂

      “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

      4. Take a strategic position and instantly behave as if a foreign army is invading the moment the door pops open. Remember, the first will peel off to the left or right, the second entering will peel the opposite and the third entering is usually the one to get capped first. One exercise a special forces guy taught our group was to defend ONE ROOM, usually a bedroom, by practicing everyday your strategic position with your weapon: starting at the floor on one side of the door pointing and focusing on taking the point up, across, backdown and backwards up across and back down, again and again for 10 minutes twice per day, imagining someone forcing their way in and peeling off one side or another. It's your choice to be a slave or a victim......or not.

      It is not a crime when lawfully executing "police powers" BUT is IS a tort (for which civil liability attaches under Due Process).
      Not a "Takings", but a constitutional tort of a Due Process violation.

      "bs qualified immunity"
      The only bs part of qualified immunity is that courts are currently allowed to skip step #1
      ----
      Qualified Immunity us a proper doctrine but it was broken when SCOTUS started allowing courts to skip step #1
      ----------
      STEP #1 was mandatory after Saucier v. Katz, 533 U.S. 194, 201 (2001) but in 2009, SCOTUS mucked it up. Pearson v. Callahan, 555 U.S. 223 (2009) at III :
      "On reconsidering the procedure required in Saucier, we conclude that, while the sequence set forth there is often appropriate, it should no longer be regarded as mandatory. The judges of the district courts and the courts of appeals should be permitted to exercise their sound discretion in deciding which of the two prongs of the qualified immunity analysis should be addressed first in light of the circumstances in the particular case at hand."
      ====
      In my opinion, it is long past time to fix that error and return to mandating step #1 for the lower courts.

    • @sharrykitz9231
      @sharrykitz9231 Год назад +1

      @@omnigma good luck with that. Some states have ridiculous laws about not turning over body camera footage or the laws don’t punish cops for deletions of evidence which we call obstruction of justice in most places. I’ve been saying for years that body cams need to be 100% required for any cop to step a single toe outside their locker room. Every single aspect of their duty should be monitored and recorded without their input. Intensionally covering or disabling body cams and/or car cams should be a fine of a felony obstruction charge. They should be uploading to a hard drive in the car until the car is back at the station where it uploads to a cloud that no one in local law enforcement has access to delete. The video should be any cop’s evidence for a crime they witnessed. The word of law enforcement is garbage and nothing they say in court should be believed under any circumstances without video evidence to back it up. They are all liars and thieves. We know that. All footage should be available to the public within one week of recording. Full stop. No more hiding the crimes of criminals behind investigative pretense.

      Attorney General Reno, would NEVER allow that footage to be shown. That's why the Front door went "missing" the feds came in with guns blazing, murdered Koresh's Father when he opened the door. The B.D. only started shooting back when they were attacked. The local Sheriff stated that he could have gone to the compound, or had Korean respond at anytime. Also the Feds brought in the Military, A violation of the Posse Comitus Act, unless the Governor gives permission, and pumped Flammable C.S. gas via an armored battle tank, and then set fire to the place. I don't think they burned themselves and the children. I also think the child abuse narrative was a false one. And the same FBI sniper, Ron Honashu ( spelling?) was there, he's the one who murdered Randy Weavers wife, Vicky (?) while holding an infant. The Government crimes of Waco & Ruby Ridge, happened under another corrupt and treasonous demonrat president, Bill Clinton. Many say that Killary was behind the Waco incident, urging Bill to be tougher on gun owners. I'm recalling this from memory, Soldier of Fortune, did some great investigation on both of these incidents. I also had friends in Law Enforcement, who knew Deaver, the guy at Ruby Ridge, his fellow rent a cop, from Cape Cod, Ma. took out the Weaver's Dog, who discovered them hiding in the bushs. He shot the dog, Deaver stood up to I.D. young Weaver shot Deaver, and they shot Randy's Son. But that story is for another day.

    The best defense you can have against unwarranted contact or invasions from police agencies is a fence with locked gates.
    You do not have to speak to them and without a warrant, they have no right to enter your property. If you allow them to enter the curtilage on your property (porch, walkway, driveway, etc), they will often try to make voluntary contact and or obtain probable cause to enter your property and search.
    The best way to avoid all of that, is to enclose the property line and secure it. Don't even allow them to encroach. Make them communicate by mail.

Changed my trust of those two agencies (FBI total mismanagement of the debacle). Reputations of the FBI and the ATF are forever damaged in my opinion. I am not much interested in firearms in the first place, nor do I care about cult groups, but after looking into the facts surrounding the Waco Massacre, both agencies lost my trust (e.g., contacting the media beforehand just to showboat, abusing a reporter who was sent to cover their media stunt which quickly turned into a debacle of their own creation, people died on both sides unnecessarily, deciding to go on with the "raid" when their cover was blown, ignoring the local Sheriff's wise advise to just talk to them in the first place, using military helicopters with mounted machineguns....). No one from either agency saw prison time for the unnecessary deaths they caused. Worst of all evidence "disappeared", like pages from officer's field notes, the front door to the compound (which would have shown the direction of the bullets). As I recall, after the massacre was over, the feds sent "cleaners" into the compound to remove whatever possible evidence might be left over. They apparently didn't want independent investigator sniffing around. I think both agencies have proven they are worthless and should be disbanded. The states can handle crime much more professionally and efficiently with less cost to the taxpayer.

    So if I have not broken any laws and they come to my door with a warrant, your advice is to tell them to go search for what they want without my help, knowing that they’ll likely break some stuff and I’ll never get compensated for it. If they ask to see my guns, and I know my guns are legal, am I not potentially saving myself thousands of dollars in damages if I just show them my guns? The comments are going to crucify my for asking this, but I feel it is a valid question. If my choices are to comply and not have my house wrecked or not comply and have my house wrecked, how am I supposed to react? It’s messed up that this is even a question, and shows that the system is really unfair.

    So a good idea is to have a camera at the front door with two way audio will help to identify who is approach the house. Also these camera's can help deter anyone from breaking in to the house outside of the video content. As for the chatgpt section I wouldn't follow anything chatgpt says as it isn't true ai right now and learns based off whatever material is presented to it.

    How do you know they have a warrant or not! Twenty-five years ago, I had three men in suits bang on my front door and said they had a search warrant for a friend of mine and have to search my home. I asked for ID and to see the warrant. They showed me three private detective badges and a warrant that all looked real to me. As I was looking at the warrant, they burst through my door and threw me up against the wall. One of them held me against the wall while the other two ran threw my home. After about five to eight minutes, they left. As I watched them drive away, I noticed I still had the warrant in my hand. I walked through my home to see if anything was broken or missing. Then sat down and looked threw the warrant. I noticed there was no signature written in where the judge was supposed to sign. I called my police precinct and told them what just happened, and they said they knew of no warrant and I should call a major Sparkes that was in charge of Special Investigations, which did. He said he didn't know of a warrant being out for my friend or one put out for my address. For years, I have wondered how you can tell if a warrant is real or not! Should I've asked for a uniformed police officer be present first!? How can you tell if a warrant is real or not! Ever since then, I keep some firepower near each door! How do you know if it's a real warrant or not!??

      [[ How can you tell if a warrant is real or not! ]]
      In the moment, you can't, so you have toi take them at their word and then address it later if it was not real.
      ALWAYS RECORD.
      And record yourself saying "I am NOT consenting to any search, but if you have a valid warrant I will not obstruct you from searching."

    Can you call your local Sherrif if they did show up? Mostly to identify the situation to be official and legitimate? Some local Sherrif's are very pro 2A, I'd be curious how they would respond to them being in their county.

      Here is one example of how that went for someone who did that. I would say it worked in their favor. By the way, the last time I checked the ATF agents lawsuit got no where due to laws that protect law enforcement, even when they are in the wrong.
