Soft & Fluffy Stuffed Brioche Buns recipe. You'll want to make them everyday!

These soft and fluffy brioche buns are stuffed with saute muchrooms and onions then topped with mozzarella cheese. They are so delicious everyone will be amazed!
Ingredients:
brioche dough
50ml whole milk
25g granulated sugar
5g instant yeast
275g all-purpose flour
1 egg white
1 tsp salt
80g cubbed softed butter
Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil
20g butter
1 medium onion sliced
165g sliced fresh muchrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
To assembly:
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds
100g grated mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180°C for 20 -30 minutes.
