  • These soft and fluffy brioche buns are stuffed with saute muchrooms and onions then topped with mozzarella cheese. They are so delicious everyone will be amazed!
    Ingredients:
    brioche dough
    50ml whole milk
    25g granulated sugar
    5g instant yeast
    275g all-purpose flour
    1 egg white
    1 tsp salt
    80g cubbed softed butter
    Filling:
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    20g butter
    1 medium onion sliced
    165g sliced fresh muchrooms
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
    To assembly:
    1 egg yolk
    sesame seeds
    100g grated mozzarella cheese
    Bake at 180°C for 20 -30 minutes.
