      It's ok, it actually is a relief seeing such guys that are ripped like you look like beginners. This stuff is hard. That being said you will have a leg up on others who are just learning to try. If you can master this stuff, nothing can stop you 💕

    Never had so much fun watching martial arts training! I’m 70 and now in a wheelchair from a SCI that finally got my legs but I was super active since birth! Love watching you guys train 👍🏼

    I’ve trained tae kwon do full-time for 13 years and now I just stay in shape and just keep my technique sharp, but all I really practice now are the five main kicks and keep them sharp

    Great video. Loving these collaborations style videos. Cool to see Nat and John try something a little outside their comfort zones. Especially when they are normally so confident in their kicking techniques. It just goes to show that there's always more to learn, even if you are very skilled like these guys.

    John might have a harder time since he does seem more top-heavy, as I do notice he has more instances of losing balance. As he leans back, the center of gravity goes with him

    Trevor's 540 was good, but it's not perfect. As a second Dan black belt in Taekwondo, I want to tell him to bring his none kicking leg up when spinning. This really makes the kick a lot cooler and it's quite easy

      Quite easy. I'm a Taekwondo 2nd dan black belt. A problem with trevor kick is that he didn't bring his none kicking leg up. If he did, it would look much cooler

    This is a very useful movie, and very interesting is the fact that every one of you has a different predisposition and skill set because of your base styles are different from those of Taekwondo. Impressive! Good job ! Maybe the next movie will be about Karate skills.

      Take it slow join if you want to but if you keep failing stay determined as it will pay out, also start strong and finish strong

      Analize the martial arts school before you join, this goes for any art. For Karate specifically, look at pricing, age of the higher belts, skill level of the higher belts, etc. This is to avoid a McDojo so you can really get into it, choose wisely. If you find the right place, you'll love martial arts.

      The clue is in what mma stands for, start learning how to punch and kick probably first

      Don't just think of MMA as what you see on UFC. Think of it as mixing elements of the fighting arts that work the best for you. Pretty much every martial art developed in the 20th century is a mixed or hybrid martial art.
