Amid recruitment efforts, Baltimore County Police sees an increase of applications

The Baltimore County Police Department currently has 233 vacancies, but officials said they are actively recruiting more officers.
"Our recruitment techniques have been really successful," said Major Paul Borowski, the Human Services Division Commander for the Baltimore County Police.
