I'm glad man. Just been moving around so much but in a nice shop now using ppg envirobase. So videos coming soon. Much respect to you man. Love your work
Glad you’re back and doing well. It’s a rough industry right now nobody got that deductible. I would have moved around myself if I had the balls. You bought another crazy gun😂 still got the engraved supernova? Kandy and trigger showed up. Wasn’t expecting that You can’t be stopped. Keep it up.
Beautiful job. I am going to be using 923-255 as well on a restoration soon. You mentioned after flow, if I sprayed the 923-255 clear in a booth without a heater and let it sit over night, will it have a after flow? I know RM 5335 Glamour clear self levels on its own. Btw, I love RM and Glasurit products, I did my brothers car with RM 5335 Glamour clear, it's been 10 years and that car still looks like the day I shot it, Glass!
Welcome back brother good to see happy and making videos I just watched a video of yours and I think this one is before the one I watched but you were spraying ppg. It looks like the same shop booth but I can’t tell. But anyways glad to see you back buddy fellow auto painter here in Maryland.
As some added feedback...I paint in a restoration shop where every job is a complete. We use 55 line and 923-255 clear on everything. I put 5 coats of clear on the bodies and panels, you can really pile on the 255 with no issues and excellent flow...slower the better IMO. I start cutting with 800 up to Trizact 3000, sands and buffs like butter. Like many clears, die-back is almost expected over time...once the 255 is buffed/polished, it will look that way forever. The best, most user friendly clear out there hands down. Its well worth the money.
Man the 4000 is a great gun and highly underrated. A 1.3 rp lays paint, clear and everything like a dream. I hate that I sold mine but gonna get another one real soon
Looks great even before the after flow 😎 I'm tuned in showing equal support to my paint brother 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Much appreciated my man.
Glad to see your back

@paintworkbyjr appreciate it looking forward to seeing more of your work
Nice video, I also use the 1.2 O and love it! I shoot the 923-460 all day long.
460 is my favorite. About to start spraying 100 line so excited about that. Videos coming soon on that

I end selling my iwata. I had a guy from Washington who been back and forth with me about wanting it. He made me a good offer so it was gone. 😆
I use Sata 1.2 o, easy to spray, beautiful as expected.
Yes sir. Sata 1.2 is where it's at

5335 is a great clear especially using the 16 and 18 hardners instead of dh46 and 44
Came out bad ass bro! Gun looks bad ass too
Appreciate that bro. The sata are some great guns
@@paintworkbyjr there we go again.. u know I'm a iwata fan but yes they are some pretty good guns

Appreciate you back following. I was using glasurit but now using ppg waterbase
Good finish, I was taught on a Dev JGA 54 with a 43 nozzle in the 80's
I use a 1.4 I on my 5500
Brother
Do you think the 923-255 is good for a full paint classic car? Looking for the best glasurit
Most definitely. If you have a heated booth then use the 94 hardner and 216 reducer for best results. Make sure to give enough time between coats.
@@paintworkbyjr thanks! Which mix would you recommend without the heated booth?
@@superdeleon 93 hardner with 216 reducer. Maybe do 15% reducer to thin out just a bit for a slicker finish

I’m using the 1.3 O it’s a beast
Yes it is but the 1.2 works super great as well
How you like it compare to 4000 tp? I never used 4000 but as I know 4000 air cap had more holes?

Well done!
Nice very nicer
Thanks brother
