To be honest, like many, I have never heard of Robert Stolz, the maestro, either, however listening to his possible homage to the "Danube wizard", fellow Austrian Johann Strauss II, I think he is right up there with the likes of Béla Kéler, George Gerschwin or Ernest von Dohnányi. This combined of course with his near-heroic deeds at the beginning of the war and after the Anschluss. Thanks uploader for the magical rarity!
