Looks like a great value. The travertine flooring is a nice touch! I’m curious if you would be able to ballpark what property taxes on a place like that would run?

Retired and looking to relocate . Was looking at S Carolina but this is interesting , what type of property tax’s or other assessments should I be aware of on St Croix. Obviously being retired would also like to know location/distance for medical care if needed . Thanks

@@Bob-in4eh Hi Bob! Thanks for watching!
This specific property is already under contract, including a secured back-up offer -- such a great house and value! USVI Property taxes are very low. Residential Property Tax Rate is .003770 x assessed value. If interested in buying here on St. Croix, suggest visiting BuyStCroix.com to get stated! Cheers!

@@BuyStCroix no problem will keep an eye open
If I researched it correctly property tax is calculated at .00037 % of PP. Is that correct ?
