The main kitchen living room area has one AC unit. I am not familiar with the climate there but that seems inadequate.
Neither apartment had an AC unit and nor much cross ventilation, if any. AC in the guest house?
A small point of word definition. If you need to flip a switch to raise and lower the storm shutters, that is manual, not automatic, even if powered. P. S. Storm shutters, a fantastic feature.
