I was able to complete everything until we had to reboot it under the stop 00 stop 01 to turn the hard drive back on. I only have soft keys as I have a bizhub C300i. After I shut it down and turned it back on it said that only the web browser and IWB can be used. How do I get around this and get the keypad back up as well as turn on the hard drive again?

I can no longer access the web interface following a configuration in the pki setting, if I click on network setting data, will I have access to the web interface again? will I lose other config other than the network category such as the security category? THANKS

Good day I did same thing on my machine Konica Minolta c554e after all of procedure complete now everything is working perfect but when I'm doing copy and check job history machine is freeze what I do now

454e kinoca minolta. I had an issue/error code Fa14 that was cleared. My question is, how do I recover my userbox settings and utility box settings? For instance, since the fix, it seems I have lost the admin settings in the utility box. Amongst other features. How do I recover these? If this makes sense, if not feel free to ask for more clarification at your availability. thanks.

I need to re-install. How do I access this? The stop 00 stop 01 method isn't working or allowing me to access this time. It worked before though.

You can't, Our copiers do not retain scan images, only a log of completed and failed jobs.

Does this remove the "admin" passwords that might have been entered by the previous owner?
