Thanks for that, but when turning off authentication method, it's show will clear all the users , so i need to register the users again, is any solution to solve this issue, please

what if the copier has user authentication turned on, but when you go to the administrator settings under user authentication and the button to turn on or off isn't there?

As far as I can tell, they are two separate functions. One is not dependent on the other.
