Was following your directions on a bizhub 4052, but unfortunately, after successfully completing the physical HDD format with result OK, powering down then back up - the machine doesn't want to do a logical format. I can select the task, but the Start Key does NOT turn blue. It would allow me to do a physical again, but not a logical. Scratching my head - maybe the HDD is NG - it is one I took out of another 4052 parts machine giving a transfer error. Some dealer removed the HDD on the machine I want to restore operation to, prior to wholesaling it out to the place I buy from.
Hi sir. I have a Konica Bizhub C266 with only SSD. After I reset using service, I mistakenly turned on the HDD option. After I reboot the machine, it is now stuck on the loading screen and doesn't get past to it. I tried doing the trouble reset but it only get stucked on the loading screen. Is there a solution for this? Many thanks.

What is the point of these videos if you don't show where they can get the resources to do them. Please can you show us where to get the softwares? You hv nice teaching skills but we are lost
