Thanks for sharing this Dondi and Titanya. For me it is so much easier to be able to follow along with your movements than trying to see a diagram and figure out how to do it myself...I was just listening to Energy Medicine on audible audiobook and I was just picturing doing the figure eight part all over and around everywhere so this step with crossing the elbows and everytyhing adds a lot more to it. I appreciate you sharing this. It is very helpful as are all your energy minutes you share here...and your courses ofcourse are fantastic. It is great to be able to learn a lot more about all of thses movements and how they work and what they do. Thanks for all you and your whole family does sharing your eden method. God bless you all.
