    I love the way David looks at you, Donna. He looks fascinated with you after 40 years. A lot of marriages are an exercise in tolerance, but he looks at you like he's looking at you for the first time every time. It touches the whole of the human soul to witness it.     I just did it. It actually WORKS 😮 I have been having anxiety attacks on and off for 3 days now. What's worse is I started having them in my sleep. My body tenses up and I wake up with it deep in my chest and and I feel panicked. It happens several times a night :( I have a lot going on in my life right now and I was diagnosed with severe anxiety, severe depression, and PTSD a few months ago. Apparently I was told it may have developed when I was a teenager due to childhood traumas. So I'm trying to manage my mental health now. I wish I had been taken to a doctor or therapist when I was a kid but my parents didn't care for that kind of stuff.... I just want to live a healthy life again with emotional balance. Thank you.       Donna Eden has an awesome book which describes her techniques and explanations of Energy Medicine. I forgot the title, yet it is a classic and will be easy to find used copies online. She probably has authored other books than the first one I am aware. I highly recommend getting a copy, it is a wise investment for you and the people in your life. My copy is on loan to my daughter at this time.

      Yes yes yes! So happy more young people are interested in this kind of stuff. I am new to Donna but not new to energy healing. I use The Emotion Code by dr. Bradley Nelson and it's been very helpful targeting exact emotions, finding the root of them and eliminating them. Glad to have Donna as a new teacher :)

      There are many different types of energy. Most common energies would be emotions: Energy-in-motion. They can essentially do almost anything. Search it up

Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Let thoughts come. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free sit still for a few minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. I am a senior counsellor and life coach who went through hell 20 years back and today I am enoying life through a short early morning prayer and regular breath observing meditation which reprogrammed my subconscious mind and removed negative thoughts.
