So happy for both of you! I am a mom of three and it is truly a blessing. My kids are all grownups and we are still very close. You guys will be amazing parents and enjoy every moment from pregnancy to birth to raising your baby.
Love this so much, y'all!! Gil is the best. He knew I was pregnant with Leo and kept telling me to go home and rest during my appointment. About half way home I had to pull over because I realized he was telling me I was pregnant. Sure enough, I took a test the next morning and he was right :). So happy for you both! Being a parent is such a beautiful gift.

We just had an April baby this year (our second boy)! Recent research shows eating dates weeks 36+ helps with a smoother delivery - it was so true for me this time! The first pregnancy, I tore...this time, not a tear!

OK, first congrats! This is huge. I’m so happy for you. I turned 46 yesterday and I’m perimenopausal, so I’ll be living vicariously through y’all. OK, so I was 5 minutes or so into this video when I had to turn the airplane mode on. I couldn’t wait 55 minutes to get to Atlanta and continue. I paid $16 to Delta for a day pass, so I could finish watching this video. Now. Lol. Love you guys. Dr. Josh Axe’s HLG protocol has gotten me through this year. I have MS. I’m an MD as well, an internist. But would love to do that fellowship in Integrative Medicine out of AZ when I get well enough. I have not been able to stop the protocol. It’s close to a year. My blood work changed and all. But I still have to take MS medication and it then wipes out my white cells again. Super frustrating. Trying to get to the point where I can get off the poison. Will keep you posted. Bless you both and your baby. I am subscribed and following. ❤️

So excited for you two! I just had my first in October and wish I would have been pregnant alongside Chelsea so I could benefit from the insights you two plan to share! In spite of all of my preparations for a natural, unmedicated delivery with a midwife, my baby was huge AND sat Frank Breech so we had to do a c-section and my hopes were dashed. Hoping for a VBAC next time... putting out good vibes that all goes as you hope for your pregnancy!

I took a test the very first day it said it could detect it and it was negative. A couple days later it was positive! I didn't feel any different at the beginning either 😁 congratulations! Being pregnant is great, and having your baby is even better!

Great Thanks for sharing this. I would love to learn more about what foods Dr. Chelsea Axe eats, what workouts u do during each stage of pregnancy, how do u deal with symptoms like morning sickness, nausea, vomiting etc....and of course more on is it normal to put pregnancy weight, can we avoid unnecessary ones? And how to make sure mom and kid are healthy during this process...its lot to discuss but would love to learn from u guys :)

My cure for morning sickness was DELIVERY!!! ALL 4 PREGANCIES!!!!
Maybe a video on “keeping” a pregnancy as naturally as possible! I’ve had 2 miscarriages this year (just not Gods timing yet :) ) and my midwife recommended to see an obgyn if there was a deeper issue going on. All the obgyn said was the next time I get pregnant to take baby steroids and progesterone, which I’d rather not. I’ve already researched taking chastberry but even then I have no Idea If that would help. Thank you axe family!
