- Welcome! We are going over what natural remedies worked for morning sickness, and the supplements I took even before pregnancy to make sure my body wasn't deficient in any nutrients in my first trimester.
Comment below with any questions for us. We love hearing from you!
You guys are amazing for sharing this information. Thank you so much. I can't wait to listen to going forward. This is so informative!
hi!!!! You guys are awesome I'm so happy for you guys!!! God bless!!!!
Fantastic video!! That's how I think I got pregnant at 43 is using all of your supplements. The SBO probiotics, the multi- collagen, the bone broth. Thanks and please keep them coming.
So glad that you've created this channel together 😊 As a Mama of four, I have been through it all, but each pregnancy was different...especially girls vs boys!! I suffered a loss in August and have been trying to get my body back on track ever since (my kitchen is now stocked with Ancient Nutrition). So with that said, these videos are still helpful and so informative. Plus, I am beyond happy for you both!! ❤❤
Thx u so much you really helped us!
I vote boy! Love this video. Thanks for sharing!
Boy!
Those bands also worked for me!
You two are going to be blessed with a beautiful baby ,I think it's a girl!!! Thank you for sharing such good ,wholesome and needed information. Keep up the good work!
Ancient Nutrition should do a Pregnancy line of supplements! Prenatal & Postnatal. 🤓🙌🏼 I know you have a prenatal out already, but a full line marketed as pre & post to make it easier, a one stop shop. 😄 (blood builder, probiotic, morning sickness, post natal hormone/mood support, lactation etc.)
I’m on my second baby and with my first I did get sick once but this time around I just had nausea but not as bad 🙌🏼
I think you’re having a boy!! 💙Can’t wait to see the gender reveal!
Baby boy for you guys!
I had no morning sickness with my first. My second pregnancy did have morning sickness but it was tolerable. I was still able to work out which actually helped. What helped me was taking vitamin B6 and I took a folate and vit B6 combo since the prenatal made my nausea worse.
I had zero morning sickness with my first pregnancy, but I was quite nauseous from 6-12 weeks with my second pregnancy (no vomiting). 🤞this third pregnancy is not going to be worse!
I’m enjoying this! I birthed all 4 of my kids at home. And definitely learned more remedies/holistic methods with each pregnancy/birth/PP!!!
Hi Chelsea! I'm glad you do videos on pregnancy. Thank you so much! You are a very inspiring woman.I'm in my 1st trimester and I'm 31 too! - what do you think about drinking red wine, coffee and green tea? (Maybe no in 1st trimester but in 2nd,3rd? I have low immunity but I take daily omega 3, B complex, prenatal vitamins, vitamin C, folic acid and probiotics, I work out, I eat healthily and I drink bone broth. But I need something for my energy (before I took CoQ10 but it's forbidden for pregnant women. (in Europe, we are allowed to have a lower amount of vitamins than in the US, as well it's more strict which vitamins, herbs are allowed. For example, it is not allowed to drink 'milk thistle tea', take curcumin, echinacea, sage... - many favourites supplements what made me feel very good. I'm very excited if you could mention the supplements and some good brands and I try to order some stuff to Europe. Thank God some Ancient Nutrition is possible to order from the UK.
Greetings from Prague,
Jane Veronica
I would love to hear your supplement routine. Like when did you drink bone broth, when did you take supplements and how often? Is there any that you took together to help absorption or didn't take together?
I so love these videos 💖 I have 3 kids - all female. My first pregnancy I was so sick for the first 16 weeks 😢 I would go to work and spend so much time in the bathroom that we took the decision for me to quit working and ... I quit throwing up that same week! For years I had a theory (not backed up at all) that the earlier in the morning your day starts there more intense the sickness 🤷 since following you guys and sorting my gut out I lean more towards the lack in nutrients playing a factor!
I would truly love to team up with you guys using social media as a platform for education around the area of nutrition and it's role in pregnancy. If I can find an email address somewhere I will message you guys.
Just for fun, I am guessing it's a girl 🤗
Love the tips! I drank Red Raspberry leaf tea all throughout my pregnancy and I have a perfectly healthy baby :) I'm voting that you have a boy!
I'll vote girl
I was rare. I had 3 pregnancies and ZERO morning sickness.
with both of my kids i had hyperemesis gravidarum and was vomiting all day long until i hit my third trimester. noooooothing worked for me to help that subside. hopefully i can figure out some preventative measures, like the extra supplements and better gut health pre-pregnancy will help? there definitely needs to be more research into HG.
Bad morning sickness the first 6 months! :/ just feeling better now ❤️
I am pregnant with our second baby. The first pregnancy was really ok, just felt sickness for 4 weeks. Second pregnancy is just the begining, no morning sickness yet but I do have more crampings this time. It’s not painful, it is just annoying, usually once at some point in a day.
Love y'all!! Am Soo happy for y'all and love your doing videos like this! And btw I think it's a girl 🥰♥️♥️
I made a roller ball with cardamom essential oil diluted with coconut oil and rolled it behind my ears and down the back of my neck. Inhaling peppermint is super helpful for both nausea and headaches!
Are there any herbal teas that you would avoid? I drink lots of hot tea and have started looking at the ingredients more closely now.
Dr. Josh, you look great with your beard. Please grow it again. Thank you.
With my first daughter I had “morning sickness” for about 1.5hrs per day from 3p to 4:30p. With daughter #2 I felt sick pretty much all day for 11wks.
What worked for me, fruit every 1 - 1.5 hours.
Thank you for this information, especially the magnesium because wasn’t show sure that it would be needed during pregnancy but now that I know it is we are on the right track.
We are using the ancient nutrition magnesium supplement along with the ancient nutrition prenatal vitamins
I didn’t experience ANY morning sickness’s with my first. Now on my second I had ALL day sickness 🙈.
Only thing that worked for me were wearing the anti-nausea bracelets.
Would love to hear if you have experienced any heartburn?! I’ve had it with all three of my boys from the first trimester on, after almost every meal, but it leaves immediately after birth thankfully. Very miserable though! I’ve used ACV, baking soda, and just now starting HCL/pepsin which has finally taken a big edge off. Just trying to get the right dosage now 👍🏽
Is there a video going over the diet; pre- conception and while pregnant... I can not find it! Thank you :)
How long before would you advise to get up to speed so to speak to have your body having all it needs?
zero morning sickness but the smell of popcorn and fondues really bothered me and 27 yrs later...still bothers me. So for me, it was more about smells bothering me than morning sickness.
Great Video!! I think it's Boy!!!
Magnesium citrate? What brand? I’m having trouble finding it without titanium dioxide.
Appreciate both of you. I have a close family member pregnant who has been sick well into 2nd trimester and is breastfeeding while still weaning off breast milk also her 1 and 1/2 to 2 year old. She is nauseated most of the time. I sent her Essential Ginger Oil, but she is afraid to use it until she sees her doctor in 3 weeks and needs it now. What should be the measurement ratio with Coconut Oil for skin topical use? Is 1 or 2 drops of Ginger Oil to 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil ok, as you said for Peppermint Oil? And, also, can she substitute Virgin Olive Oil or regular Olive Oil or some other common household oil for human usage instead? Thank you.
I had severe sickness had to be in IV fluids with both of mine!
My chiropractor help me from getting morning sickness.
Girl❤
Girl!
I have beta thalassemia minor and need to take bcomplex, is it safe to take ancient nutrients bcomplex while pregnant. Please help
What? Go to the gym 4 times per week while pregnant?
I had such bad morning sickness I threw up several times per day! I had no energy. My body was spent making my baby all day & night.
I’m 7 weeks pregnant and not really experiencing morning sickness but extreme indigestion & constipation. While ginger right after eating helps; do you have other suggestions?
Btw my guess is a girl :-)
I had no morning sickness
I had it but was severe.
No morning sickness. My mom didn't either & she had five babies.
Boy!!!!
Do you still drink kombucha while pregnant??
Boy💙
I'll go with twins
I was sick my entire pregnancy, throwing up daily! We didn’t find out what we were having but my mom had the same symptoms with me so I had a good idea what I was having. My guess is you are having a boy!!
I have the same experience like you, 3 boys.
14 weeks and still vomiting :(
5th baby, it usually lasts til the end ...
The same 3 pregnancy!
My man said “why aren’t you having moringsickness, women are experiencing mornsickness when they were pregnant” My reply was I’m lucky.
I wanted everything chilled during pregnancy so I made double strength red raspberry (traditional medicals) iced tea recommended by Mama Natural. So tasty!! I swear by red raspberry leaf tea and dates! Two completely natural births that weren't extremely long. My guess is girl. Baby Drew East needs a girl playmate. 😁
Girl :D
What type of magnesium did you use? There are different types so just wondering? Also, I think it's a GIRL!!!!
boy
I think it's a boy. Love your videos.
Red raspberry is fine throughout pregnancy UNLESS you are sensitive to miscarriage. If you are susceptible to miscarriage wild raspberry will be more beneficial for you than rubus ideus (the cultivated variety).
All 4 pregnancies. Severe. Gender didn't matter. All 3 girls...and 1 boy. Same intensity ( intense!) . Sidenote: l have stomach issues GERD. So that may have played a role in my severe morning sickness and vomitting. No supplements helped ( used b6 and magnesium). No medication helped: zoftam, nothing!!! Prenatals didn't help. But praise Jesus...we all survived.
Girl?
Also, I thinks its a boy
I think it's a girl !!!!
I'd be shocked if it's not a boy. Pretty sure it's a boy. 👦
