I get really bad motion sickness so I often use those seabands, they work so well! You can also get these little stickers that you stick behind your ears which also work really well but they're not waterproof which can be a bit annoying but they're much less noticeable than the bands.
So great to hear the bands help you too! I forgot about the stickers! I've seen those before! That's smart since the bands are pretty obvious and not exactly "cute" ha! :D
So sorry about he morning sickness!! It's the worst. The only thing for me that helped a little was a prescription medication for nausea. Good luck with pregnancy:)
Ginger did not help me at all in any way. The only things that helped my hyperemesis was preggie pops , benedryl and eating every two hours. Night and day. Still lost 12 lbs.
HealthyGroceryGirl 👶🏼👶🏼YAY!!! Congrats!👶🏼👶🏼 That’s going to be one lucky baby with your skills. ☺️ what a blessing. 🙏🏼 Just make sure you continue with your vitamins after babies, as everything gets drained. Many new moms (myself included) didn’t know that PPD was linked to vitamin & mineral deficiency. ESPECIALLY vitamin D & Magnesium. Just google. 👍🏼👍🏼 Your blood work has a lot of answers as well. The doctors won’t tell you that and as a result of many docs, won’t have you take certain labs. Unless you are Dr. Carolyn Dean a fellow Canadian MD/ND. ❤️ her work!! I’m sure you already know this. I just had to share as I enjoy watching your videos pop up on my feed. Many blessings to you and your family. 👶🏼🙏🏼
Those sea bands used to help me so much when I was little with car sickness wow that's nostalgic haha! So happy for you can't wait to see little grocery kid!
We will be sharing out story in a few weeks! :) Wishing you the best with your journey! I know how lonely and frustrating it can be if it's not happening right away! xx

having a look at "no to morning sickness tea" once could help you getting out of that overwhelming condition. this tea is mended with organic herbs to help relieving nausea and refluxe during pregnancy.
"no to morning sickness tea" is another pretty fine helping source to battle morning sickness. this tea contains lemon verbena, peppermint, organic chamomile, lemon balm, Rooibos tea
Have you heard of Vitamin Codes raw prenatal vitamins? I'm taking them now as my doctor recommended I start prenatals a year before we try to get pregnant (I have endometriosis) and I'm curious if these are a good brand. I've heard the ones you are taking are also really good! Just curious of your input :)
Vitamin Code is a good brand! It is definitely smart to start taking a prenatal if you're thinking about trying to conceive soon or even a year from now! :)
I'd been too nauseous during first trimester so been supplementing with an herbal supplement "no to morning sickness tea" which was literally a great help.
Nothing worked for me with my first. Ginger is DISGUSTING. The very smell of ginger or though of any kind of tea or lolipop would make me vomit. I'm really hoping the reliefband works. I haven't seen too many reviews.
Oh yay!! I hope they bring you some relief!! I am wearing my Sea Bands right now ha!! The ginger chews are also amazing and so many other mamas I know said they helped during their pregnancy too!! xx
HealthyGroceryGirl thank you so much for the recommendations. This is our 3rd, we have a girl 5, and a boy 2- you’d think I’d be use to this by now 😑😀 haha! I’m only 6 weeks and it’s coming in strong! Xo
Congratulations!! Three kids is such a blessing! My morning sickness didn't start until about week 6 but when it arrived - it ARRIVED ha! Wising you a happy healthy pregnancy!!

Having a look at "healthy nursing tea" could really bring changes. this organic formula has ingredients that help producing a giant amount for the baby. I have tried it and found it the most effective for making milk. You can learn more about it on secretsoftea.com
Hi, I am the brand manager of Sea-Band in China, we really appreciate your kind comment to our product and we would like to translate your video and share on Chinese social media, is it ok for you? Thanks in advance.
I am 11 weeks first pregnancy and nothin helps. I have gotten some not many days where everything I eat comes back out. I am hoping that after my first trimester it will all go away.
It surely will disappear by the end of first trimester or in some cases it takes a few weeks more but it will go away for sure. unless you get over the agony you can have a sigh of relief b drinking "no to morning sickness tea", this tea helps tremendously well in getting the nausea subsided. can check it on secretsoftea.com
Carrie Walker I doubt that every video will be about pregnancy. I'm don't having kids but I still found this fun and it could be helpful for anyone suffering from nausea, not pregnancy related.
Hi Carrie! The Healthy Grocery Girl channel will definitely continue to share recipe videos every month in addition to pregnancy and lifestyle content :D We understand that our content can not please everyone :) Our channel has and will continue to evolve over the years so that it is genuine and current to our life. I can only share and speak from my experiences whether that is food, family or wellness :)
I'm not saying this applies to anyone in particular but I know for myself having had multiple miscarriages that sometimes pregnancy talk is hard to process, especially when it comes to us unexpectedly. That being said I'm super excited for you girl and am hoping to be using these tips and tricks one day for myself. Hugs 💛✨💛.
Everyone’s story is so different but I do understand the pains of infertility. It took us a few year to get pregnant, more doctor appointment and tests than I wanted and it is an emotional toll beyond anything I imagined. I’ll be sharing our Fertility Story soon. Personally, I found that when women shared their struggle and the shared when they got pregnant - it gave me hope. It reminded me that I’m not alone ❤
congratulations! these are some great tips. Morning sickness is the worst. I am so happy to have just made it through that!
I find cold water is soothing as well❤

Grats. I found that having a handful of nuts to eat throughout the day helped. Eating just a few (4 to 5) bites every hour helped as well.
Totally agree! The protein is awesome for keeping full too! xx
