Briefly trained with an "academy" for a few days but couldn't continue going due to the costs of going to and from training. Also absolutely hated waking up early in the morning to go there lol😊 Now I'm confused, should I just continue training individually? But i don't want to get too old to break into grassroots football, what should i do?
Training individiually is only an additional couple days that could help you improve your game! If you want to break into grassroots of football, you need to be playing in a team! 💪
Many people have conflicting opinion on this, I personally know my body and I know exactly what I need. Could be completely different for you. I know what I did before I had major injuries. But again I am not speaking with a scientific fact and specifically speaking from experience. I worked with different coaches, trainers had major different opinion on this topic while playing pro. I don't disagree with you though, I think everyone's body reacts to certain things differently. I warm-up dynamically stretching then I do static stretches.
To be frank i don't know how to train alone i always feel lazy whenever i wake up but always turn up in matches i want to challenge myself starting from next Monday
My friends never train and I don't have any field to train but I wanna train. That's the problem for my whole life of 15 years. My parents didn't allow me to play in academy but I love football. That's why I train alone at home ☹️. Any special tips??
@@footballfundamental actually I live in city where there is no park or field to practice football. But there are lots of fields away from me with the distance of 15 km 😅 That's what makes my mentality worse 😔
@@footballfundamental But my father bought me a trade mill with a couple of one arm dumbbells, yoga belts and a couple of push up handles. I don't know how I got these but these was bought for some reason which is mystery 😅

Hi Why do you want us to be as tired as possible? To learn technical exercises it is better to be fresh and sharp and not tired and sloppy, we train the aerobic system separately.
Yes you can learn better and easier if you are not tired. If your training is designed to learn. My trainings are designed to prepare for game which means being tired is part of it. If you want to learn the skill only don't get too tired. If you want to be good during the games be tired doing these drills 💪💪

i train on my roof . And I have 2 metre square and I can do small space dribbling drills , first touch passing etc 😀
I warm up then juggle , move on to technical after each drill I juggle 100 times , after my session is finished I workout

You are doing static stretches in the beginning which is wrong you should do dynamic stretches then after the training session do static stretches
