Disney's Halloween Treat - Magic Mirror Intro Restoration

I should begin by stating that my grand vision for the project was to combine all the footage from both Disney's Halloween Treat and A Disney Halloween. Thus, you're seeing the magic mirror in this post.
One last of the ambitious productions in the restore. This one involved AI restoration to both the frame of the magic mirror - as well as footage of Hans Conried as the host. Each of these needed to be handled separately and layered back into position, mainly because one piece was an illustration and one was live footage, and each needed different restoration models.
There were additional issues with this never being mastered to VHS, and poor taped copies shared over the internet needed extra time and scrutiny to get them into the quality you see. Add to that bringing back the smoke effects, color matching all the best versions that existed, looping the best sequence of the frame shimmering in the light, recreating the voice of Hans himself… Guess it was a labor of love (or madness). 🤪

This is less of a teaser and more of a 'the entire first section of his appearance.' This 'teaser' must have come from an unfinalized take, because most of the FX are missing and the actor's inflections are slightly off.
