- From Season 3 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 15: All About Magic which originally aired on January 30th, 1957. This hour is devoted to the art of magic, so Walt goes to the Studio basement, where the Magic Mirror from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is stored. In fact, the whole room is filled with magic props, suc as an old standby, the "Magic Hat." Walt summons the Spirit of the Magic Mirror (performed by Hans Conried) and turns the show over to him, bowing to his greater experience. For this upload I used the opening from the October 23rd, 1960 re-airing on Walt Disney Presents (since this excerpt was restored and issued on The Sword and the Stone DVD releases) and spliced it with the original 1957 episode. Removed due to copyright are the following: Magician Mickey (Walt Disney Treasures: Mickey Mouse in Living Color DVD), Trick or Treat (Disney+), an excerpt from Cinderella (Disney+) and The Sorcerer's Apprentice segment from Fantasia (Disney+).

They never released them because Disney is full of l1btard. 1923-1966 Disney was CONSERVATIVE AMERICA, pre-counterculture hippie era. Today's Disney is the enemy of Walt Disney's normal culture. The great Trick or Treat cartoon was given an extended opening here with Hans Conried doing voiceover from 12:28 to 12:58. That explains how the water bucket ended up over the door.

On your video called, "At Home with Donald Duck", when the episode aired on ABC in 1956, the Mickey Mouse Club segment that Huey, Dewy and Louie watch on TV was the original 1950s version. When the episode re-aired on color in 1970s and 1980s, however, it was updated to the 1977 revival of Mickey Mouse Club.

I always found the mirror creepy as a kid. Now as adult I find it ultra creepy... Was walt involved in the occult? I am not aware.
I think it’s cool…just make believe and Magic. I wouldn’t read too much into it. Walt wasn’t into dark magic or the occult. 🤷🏻♂️
