this is 3 weeks old but fun fact, GOU unironically one shots Sanctified Nimbus even on hardmode
with a physical damage build
I wouldn't recommend TPS for the hardmode version, instead use a tank build, for the hardmode version you need 5 rubies, 5 of the sanctified logs and 1 conduit.

place it on the littel grassy patch next to the quest giver. otherwise, its a bug and you should report it
