Get a 24' garalick pole with a gutter tool attachment and pole from the ladder, bring it to you from both sides. I would've charged another 1k and got a lift for most of it. Using the pole and a leaf blower from the man lift would be efficient. Spencer I'm in spokane and travel to moses lake, sometimes bellevue. We should collaborate on a video. I'll bring my xero double RO and 50 xero destroyer pole. 🎉🎉🎉

Agreed, while big jobs sound like good coin they can be so much work that it's not worth it compared to doing lots of smaller ones. I'm trying to quote higher on all my jobs but especially for stratas/ commercial where you have to quote high to make it worth it.

Facts, and a lot of them are always looking for even cheaper I knew one contract they wanted to pay only like $175 PER APARTMENT COMPLEX UNIT like bro I charge twice that for a house that’s half the size

@@SpencerClaeys Totally, yeah I didn't land many commercial/ strata gutter jobs this fall; I guess I priced too high but that's fine because I had more than enough residential homes. It's nice getting paid right away too. If enough companies like ours aren't willing to underbid in order to get the job it'll be a good thing for industry pricing.

I carry a 16' A-Frame extension ladder, 28' and 36'. The 28' works on every house and lighter than the 32' a lot of companies have. I only have to break out the 36' a few times a year. Probably woukd have been best for this job, its not fun when your ladder barely reaches.
The 36' i think is the max hight an experienced person should be using solo. 40' is just to hard to manhandle.
I say this all but take into consideration that im 6'4 so its a bit easier for me handling the ladders.

Yeah I’ve found the 32 has been all I need, that and the 24

Yeah, I can see 30 seconds into this video. Why the other company used a lift. Charge more and get the right equipment. Love your vids.

Nope... Has to pay, or we dont show up. Reguardless of commercial or residential. Why do I have to pay upfront for there service, but they can pay me months later... Also If you dont... Make sure to charge late fees...
