IN the uk, if someone is standing on a roof with know H &S and a photo is taken you will be charged and fine in court, so you guys in the USA are lucky

As soon as the words "500 bucks" came out your mouth, Id be laughing and shutting the door.
That's a lot of money for gutter cleaning. Some people WILL pay it though. 250 for one story, and 350-500 for 2 and 3 story cleanings.
As soon as they ignored my No Soliciting sign and used the "your neighbor" line, break contact.
