Wow some great knowledge at 10:20-10:40 on the pole extension yes sir
That is a great point from Henry about using the thinner parts of the Carbon fiber pole.... The weight of of the brush will cause immense stress on those thinner parts of the pole ( the top 3 three sections ) better off using the lower parts first to prevent breaking that expensive pole.

What’s with the white caps on the ends of the brush? Mine didn’t come with them and I bought it directly from j. Racenstein. Does it help push the water through the bristles better?

I have heard from multiple solar cleaners that using any detergent on the panels can affect the manufactuer warranty and not adviseable for solar panels. Please help me. Thank you

You should try to sell that rotary brush to concrete factories. Washing these drums on the concrete trucks is quite a pain. This would be excellent. Maybe a bit less wide would be perfect. As I think of it it would be great to wash any kind of big truck or semi with it.

Try to spill a good amount of water first over the panels for a while so that the dust and dirt will be washed off through the running water, rather than just spilling the foam over the accumulated dry dust-dirt-soil and scrubbing the brush over it eventhough the brush has water sprays 🙂

What's the weight difference between that and the C-1000? You need a splash cover like the C-1000.
The C-1000 weights more, C-1000 has a plastic transmission with plastic gears. They break easy and cost $1,000 to rebuild them. The J.Racenstein has a Aluminum transmission with stainless steel gears and stainless steel axle. Bullet proof, more reliable, and cost half the price of a C-1000.

Now I am totally confused. Henry says you should never use soap or chemicals on you solar panels, because it can damage them, and possibly void warranty, and you’re using soap. Her solar panel company name is pure H2O, or is it? Shouldn’t you use Deionized water only?
Soap does not void the warranty, some people just don't use soap. I do, do you wash windows with just water??? Do you wash your car with just water??? no you don't, soap just the film off the tempered solar panel glass and makes them shine so the customers can see you did a great job cleaning there solar panels. Go ask any Solar Panel company does soap damage the Solar Panels. Proof is in the pudding.

Why wouldn't you just rinse off the dirt first with any kind of water ,like tap water . ? 90 % of the dirt will come off with a pre rinse , hence your not brushing dirt into the glass with rotation?

We never rinse a solar panel off with hard water, the heat from the sun will put hard watervspots on the immediately. The rotary brush does not damage the panels when rotating. They do not grind the dirt into the glass. The rotary brushes rinse as they are cleaning. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Dont use soap..soup leaves water stains plus has chemicals..and used tap water not waterhose water from the house
