Sure. Can you include something to tell that how to make body sides equal. Like if one arm including biceps, triceps are lighter than other, then how to do workout so that both become equal? Include a workout for traps... Also you must include a video for basics of bodybuilding means types of it. Cutting, gaining etc...

Never a good idea to heat up plastic bag, why not just get a rice cooker and cook enough rice for 3-4 days, portion them out when done cooking
