I haven't had my period yet I developed abdominal muscles I'm very happy about it. But if I have to gain a little bit of weight to get back my period I don't want to lose my abdominal muscles!! I like being lean I'm happy with my body now but at the same time I know it's important to have a period, can I work on getting my period back and still keep my abdominal muscles?? I still have a tiny bit of belly fat but definitely not like before , I don't want to lose my results that I work so hard to achieve ☹️😥
Don't be so dumb, it's essential for women to have body fat esp protecting their womb. Having a period is what makes you a healthy fertile woman. Do some yoga instead and stop doing high intensity work outs, leave that to the men
asking as someone in the same situation, did you ever get your period back? i hope it all worked out well for you 💗
hey i am in the same place did yoy g et your periods back ?
All I know is, if I workout hard from Day 1 to Day 14 in my cycle (or so, bodies are different), my ovulation gets delayed. I HAVE TO WAIT TIL OVULATION to lift heavy and go all out... But when we're in a cut... How in the heck does that work?! I HAVE TO CUT, but should I do it just as I have when I'm gaining so as to keep my cycle consistent??
