Wow! This was very insightful. It’s great that we can talk about these things publicly and have no fear whatsoever. Glad to know that he made a significant comeback through his experiences. In life there are no failures but only lessons to learn and blessings to count. Also, the line where he says “you can fail till 30 because you still got 30 more years after that really moved me and motivated to do well. This was just brilliant!👏🏻👏🏻
I never watch any gyaan wale videos cause everyone's life is quite different. For the first time after months I watched this and absolutely loved the speaker. You should get him back every 6 months so that we can learn and understand how he is building and rebuilding his career and his overall life. Would love to see more of him and his experience. Respect to the speaker.
How's he getting 2.5 L per month when his CTC is around 30-33 LPA? And i'm pretty sure that's CTC and not fixed. Management Consulting companies don't pay upwards of 50L to freshers.
Mann, you cannot get into management consulting unless and until you are from tier 1 management college or have some suppeeerrrr achievement in your resume ! This is the harsh reality
Did he really even work for BAIN??? 30 lpa ki job pe max u could get is 1.75 which is after removing only income tax Baki reduction to chor hi do. Please don’t set a fake narrative towards the fresher people
He made an error. A JC1 entry base salary is 24-26 LPA including year end bonus of 6-7 LPA. And post tax you get around 1.7-1.8 per month on base salary and 4-5 L from your year end bonus. He is a very genuine guy. I think he made an honest mistake by saying post tax he got 2.5-2.6 per month. He meant pre-tax CTC.
Why does management consultant have low salary, 33lpa is below average, considering they study in IIM and are good in academics. Being SDE, i get above 50 with just 2 year exp.
@@Trentaa1998 Read his words carefully 🤦. Wo kisi ko niche nai dikha rha. All he was trying to say that he was expecting a bigger salary from cream IIM students, he thought they were making more than him...
Sir I am in final year of Btech in IT. I want to get job in management consulting... How can I start searching jobs as I am in my final year. Also I had distance mini mba certification from Germany University. I am also NISM certified in Equity and derivatives. I am very keenly interested in consulting
The clarity that this guy has regarding the quantifiable and intangible things in itself is inspirational
Hats off

He is referring to 40 LPA not 30. And also it isn't necessary that you will get 1.75 on 30 LPA. It totally depends on firm to firm.
@@PerAnnummoney he mentioned clearly 30-33 lpa anyways
@@SatyamSiNgh-so1tx He didn't mention his CTC at all. From the very beginning he's talking only about the in hand cash inflow
He is 100 percentiler

Hello brother, Need your help how can I get the mini mba?
This is genuinely the best and most helpful podcast that I’ve seen. Great questions, even better answers. Such clarity in thought 🫡
