I dont comment on youtube or any platform...but i would suggest if u wanna get to the ground reality of MBA and importance of brand in clg...u have to invite people from non famous clg...mostly state level ones...only that would give u the actual reality...12lpa in this economy as a MBA fresher is still good...if u invite ppl from an actual tier 3 ( i would say no tier at all ) they will struggle to place at even 4 lpa. In this case students who r watching will know the reality too.
The funny part is, if you are doing well and climbing the ladder in quick time, people perceive you are either from an IIT or IIM, anything lesser raises eyebrows. 😂
Guys please don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to generalize IIM guys. But, what I observed is that the Non-IIM guys in this video seem more humble and composed.
4 successful people talking about their success and all things that lead them to IIM's. I would appreciate if there are more failure/real struggle stories that we can see on the channel. You cant just talk about the top 1% earning people. Get to the ground and show us the next 10 percent people who are earning 25-60K per month.
Did I hear correctly she said dunzo 90l , I know one of my junior who said this start up was failing . Why on earth they are overpaying. Now understood most of this start up are just fooling investors
16:40, lol they are saying engineers met dead end at 42, they can also enter management when its time without degree, also our salary grows 100% with each switch (you need to be good at your skill) moreover you can solve technical round and math problems to show you are competent, an MBA can only show his/her degree.
There is an established bias treatment for IIM grads over and above non-IIMs in this country. Since the country's change among youth is more towards executive and part-time MBA than a full-time MBA after getting an initial 3 - 4 years, ISB is a better school than any of the IIMs when it comes to executive MBA.
Yes, it does it helps the people who are still in their 20's who are finding it difficult to choose a career path this video helps them understand to take a well informed decision where they should settle for a T2 or T3 colleges or go for a bigger goal and if they settle for the less what are the issues they have to face and how they can tackle those issues
This question is bit unrelated to the topic being discussed here in the video, I was curious what kind of Camera Gear is being used by your channel? It would be really helpful if you answer. Thank You.
Companies will see real you beyond your IIM degree after 3 months of working with them. If you don't fit you will start looking for another job and that's that. Degree is first impression and not everything.

And iam a proud MBA from IIM. CAs use Bcoms (unqualified) to do all the finance work and they just sign in the end. MBAs use CAs to do all the finance work so we can make decisions that make actual money. We also create jobs. So.. I think you and I can engage in a wonderful debate.
there is no race between ca and IIM graduate bro😭 look at the salary expectations of RANK1, that's an average placement in IIM ABC. (comparing salary wise only)
@Sritejajeedigunta Your perception about Chartered Accountants is very shallow. CAs, too, create lot off jobs. The founders, MDs and chairman's of most of the top broking companies, Mutual Fund Houses, Investment Banks and companies from other industries in India are Chartered Accountants and not MBAs. You think MBAs take all the decisions, but that's not the true reality. It's the Chartered Accountants who call the shots.
