I dont comment on youtube or any platform...but i would suggest if u wanna get to the ground reality of MBA and importance of brand in clg...u have to invite people from non famous clg...mostly state level ones...only that would give u the actual reality...12lpa in this economy as a MBA fresher is still good...if u invite ppl from an actual tier 3 ( i would say no tier at all ) they will struggle to place at even 4 lpa. In this case students who r watching will know the reality too.
So you basically want to compare the competent people who actually put in effort vs the ones who didn’t do shit n got a degree only chz they had no other choice ? What do u think the outcome will be ?

Lovely....after 5-7 years of passing out from IIM and Non- IIM ...life's journey takes a front seat rather than your salary or role....its the life's lessons that we learn and stay with us

You cant just talk about the top 1% earning people. Get to the ground and show us the next 10 percent people who are earning 25-60K per month.

16:40, lol they are saying engineers met dead end at 42, they can also enter management when its time without degree, also our salary grows 100% with each switch (you need to be good at your skill) moreover you can solve technical round and math problems to show you are competent, an MBA can only show his/her degree.
There is an established bias treatment for IIM grads over and above non-IIMs in this country. Since the country's change among youth is more towards executive and part-time MBA than a full-time MBA after getting an initial 3 - 4 years, ISB is a better school than any of the IIMs when it comes to executive MBA.
Let me give u perspective.. Being IIM A Grad and class mate to one of the panel members.. Many techies move to managerial & leadership roles without an MBA, that point about career ending at 42 is not true. The university of hard knocks is way above any business school.
Brother many other factors also affects the salary. If your are an engineer from IIT, NIT , BITs you will be able to double your salary in less than 4 years and experience in global giants like google, oracle , Microsoft etc will be an added advantage.

Only IIM BLACKISM is any good, rest are just tier 2 colleges who provide average opportunities at best!
The whole debate is a waste, the question is not about if people can have a good career being a non iiam, ofcourse they can. The question should be GENERALLY can people have a good career without iiam, no you cant. If you see iiams will have 80-90 people who are doing good, this number goes down as you go down the tiers of mba colleges.
