Great job on that Doug! Very nice kit! I'm still working on the KW k100, hope to put up an update vid this weekend! Have a great Easter weekend my friend!😉👍
I’ve been trying to find this model for a while, it suddenly popped up on amazon for 20$, not sure how many they had but I got mine then they were gone a few hours later
I just built this model. They say to not add front of engine until after body is on. There is a reason for that. If you do it beforehand IT will break off when you put the body on.
Nice job made in that 67 chevy malibu, like it.can you explain in another video how use nail polish to paint models? , i want know that procedure.thanks a lot!!!!
LA, Nail polish is essentially lacquer paint. Each is different with regards to thinning but start with 75% paint to 25% lacquer thinner until it sprays properly through an air brush at about 15 psi. Clean the gun with acetone if needed. Use a lacquer based primer if needed like Duplicolor primer. -Doug
Think I have that in my stash. I was surprized, it's more of a monster than I thought. Good building Doug,.. appreciated.
SW, yes sir this is a real street sleeper of a kit! -Doug
I think cleaning up the mold lines and things are part of the fun of modeling.
JW, We have to agree. Some people expect the kit to fall together without any effort. I'd recommend that they just buy die cast cars! -Doug

Right On Replicas Thanks a lot , i go start my next Project with those tips about nail polish.
Is the nail polish one to one?
DB, That's a good place to start. Some thinner formulas need a little less but that's normally about right! -Doug
The AMT. kit has the right taillight rearend piece..
DB, thanks for the tip on those parts! -Doug
That's a nice build Doug but I'm not liking the way they did the tail lights.
CS, Gotcha, but how would you mod that? -Dug
