Funniest scenes in the show was when Phoebe talked about how she bribes her way out of certain situations. Then she said "Of course it helps if you got a little of this goin' on..." And she shook her ta-ta's! I couldn't believe the TV censors missed that!
@@largol33t1 Out of the girls Phoebe was EASILY the most selfish of the group. Like when she stole someone else's cat, or when she mocks chandler behind his back after he gave her a job. I know right. In the later seasons all the characters were reduced to charicatures of themselves. Whereas earlier on joey may not have been acadenically smart, he had street smarts and it was believable that he could function in a society. By season 10 I heavily doubt he'd be able to take care of himself seeing how reduced to his dumbness he is. Monica was affected by this too, whereas at first her cleaning habits were believable and more of a character quirk, she felt sp extreme in the later seasons... no offense to anyone who enjoyed the final seasons of course. I simply prefer the character writing from the earlier seasons
@@addyarts2932 I agree totally. Joey in the earlier seasons might had been more meaner as a character but he was not stupid. He was able to have a normal conversation with the friends, string sentences and words that are deemed "smart" and at times, found himself to be the mature one when around Rachel, Phoebe and Chandler. But his dumb traits started to creep in during the third season which then manifested during the fourth and ever since then, it went in a downward spiral. Seasons 3 and 4, in particular 4 were the seasons where the characters transformed into a flanderized version of themselves. Those were also the seasons where the plotlines became more explicitly hilarious and less real. Those reasons are why I think younger audiences prefer the later seasons more and older audiences prefer the more witty and relatable plotlines of the earlier seasons.
Really? I didn't know he was able to influence how his character would turn out. He's a comedic genius. And despite all the hate from "Friends" fans, I did enjoy his spinoff "Joey."
I actually heard that Joey was originally going to be a jerk, but Matt then asked why anyone would want to be his friend. The character then changed to become the dimwitted but loyal and likeable friend.
I absolutely love Joey. He may be dumb but he is hilarious and is such an enthusiastic person. He’s the best friend anyone could ask for Also that pyramid game was one of the funniest scenes I’ve ever seen 😂😂

When the “Password” thing came up I thought it was a legit game show with Matt LeBlanc and he kept mistakenly giving illegal clues. Then as time went on I realized that’s not Matt. That’s Joey 😂
I’m Canadian but seeing the twin towers again in older shows and films is really wholesome. Loved those towers! But it is also quite eerie watching it now, and knowing that at the time in a couple years they would be destroyed. Crazy.

I love how Joey has 2 brain cells and they’re both fighting for 3rd place.
