Honestly, It's a cool truck!! The overall design looks soo much similar to the TRX but without a supercharged 6.2 L V8 tho. Still a cool truck! I can't wait for the off road review on the RHO!

Dealers are guaranteed to mark it up $20,000. I want to see the 2025 Power Wagon, they'll probably announce it at the Texas state fair, hopefully they've made a major redesign for the HD's
This is a real lack of respect for the TRX and for the v8 hemi it is a shame that the RAM people make these types of decisions!!

Jeep uses the Hurricane power plant on the Grand Wagoneer & it pumps out 500hp. The RHO has a similar weight rating as the JGW, however the motor is tuned for performance, towing & off-roading….vs….luxury, daily driving. Will be curious as to what the mpg on the RHO will settle at. The 5.7 & 6.4 hemi’s are great motors but suck down the fuel & get terrible gas mileage. All things stated, most don’t buy these types of vehicles for the gas mileage….having owned all the various versions of the 5th Gen 1500 & 2500, the fit & finish of these trucks accompanied with the power-trains offered make for awesome driving experiences.

Super nice looking truck. If markups weren’t a thing (and they shouldn’t be IMO) you would be crazy to buy a $60k midsized truck instead. $70k RHO vs $65k Tacoma…. Easy pick for me. I’m wondering what the RHOX model has? Front Locker?

Exactly what I was thinking. The last TRD Pro he reviewed was 67, vs this at 69. Unless you’re worried about it fitting in a garage or really dislike Ram it’s a no brainer.

I somewhat like the starting price, particularly when compared to the TRD Pro, but the cynic in me already knows that CDJR is notorious for expensive options. I suspect, and may be wrong, that the truck shown in this review is over $80k. As a car enthusiast it's cool to see RAM working on new specs like this RHO, but anecdotally I'm seeing strong evidence that buyers are pumping the brakes hard on these expensive trucks given how many are starting to pile up on dealer lots. Great job as always Joe and Lori!
I would option it down a bit, so the pricing would be comparable to the TRD Pro.
Needs 10 year 100.000 mile bumber to bumper warranty.

Umm.. no. But it’s a TRX truck with the RHO: Removed Hemi Option 😤
But in reality, it is the TRX replacement. They are no longer making the TRX after 2024. The RHO is a 2025. The only Ram to have a Hemi now with me 2500 models.

Will Ramcharger match or exceed RHO performance? Great choices coming up. I'll bet I can make Openpilot drive these trucks as on our Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, Openpilot is excellent.
What power sources? 120V, what wattsge limit? Just 400W, or even more?
RC will be faster stock. But the RHO can handle spray and other mods no problem 😁

I don't know about Aluminum Control Arms, Steel ones can even get damaged so you know what will happen to Aluminum parts on a suspension if you do some off roading and hill or rock climbing. I'm sure they say "our tests show this or that" but real world use often outdoes test track driving.
Finally! Ram has created a true rival to the Ford Raptor 😀 (not the R, thats the TRX of course). This looks fantastic 👌!

@bryanb9636 um FCA Stellantis (Mario Bros) confirmed it will come back with the high output hurricane 🌀 engine with hybrid piggyback..the Raptor R maybe will retire the V8 version and supercharged the ecoboost with a hybrid piggyback it will be a great competition

@bryanb9636 yes 😊..the Hellkitty motor is retired 😄..its not going be like previously but enough hp and more torque than the 6.2 supercharged..efficient and powerful and weigh less..

I went to my local dealer and built an RHO. I wanted to see exactly how expensive I could make the truck. I added the Level 1 equipment package, offroad running boards, silver paint, all the graphics, bead lock wheels, bed protection, red interior accents, and the trailer brake controller. After all was said and done my MSRP was $91k. However most people would be able to get it for less if you negotiate with the dealer. My local dealer has a Final Edition TRX and I was able to get him down to invoice on the price but it is still just too expensive for me, and it’s more power than what I really need so I’ll probably order an RHO.

I’ve never been a Dodge, Ram person myself. Ive preferred Toyota but the more I see this truck the more I’m interested. Im looking to buy a truck sometime this year and the Tundra and Tacoma have been high on my list. Not that big fan of the new redesigns. Dodge has always nailed it on interior designs and comfort. I am considering this but my biggest worry is reliability. Dodge and twin turbos in the same sentence just makes me question.

The BIG truck with small engine thing totally does not appeal to me imho, it will not look/sound right imho, interior and option wise it is a very nice truck. I would not buy it though. Given the chance I would rather buy an older V8 TRX down the road.

Soooo they have effectively slapped a new engine in a TRX. Ram did not change the suspension or come to market with a 37 package like what is offered in the Raptor... Swing and a miss. Raptors will once again dominate this space. I loved my Ram truck but the brand overall is in serious trouble and in need of a major update to stay competitive.
My only concern is well it ACTUALLY only be $69k base? I recently a couple months ago bought a 2023 RAM Classic Hemi for $60k. My truck is basic as heck in comparison to the Rhino and to be only a $9k difference?
We gone work hard to push these trucks out for ya’ll Ram team…

This thing is great, im not even mad that theres no more v8. The raptor is doing great with a v6 so the RHO will do great too. The price is also very competitive, unlike the trx that i believe was too expensive.

Love your videos...all you guys claim on this truck and other vehicles the door trim and padding is leather...it's not leather...its vinyl..and you should know this! Great truck...gotta hand it to RAM...beautiful truck!

Nice truck! No doubt The 3.0L Twin-Turbo I-6 engine provides great performance and better fuel economy than the traditional engine. However, I will avoid the first model, specifically the electric issues you’ll be seeing. Let’s hope Dodge fixes issues with the wagoneer with the same engine!?
