Instead of proclaiming he doesn't care anymore, he has a kind of bemused puzzlement of how the person he broke up from has been acting in order for it all to happen. 'I Cannot Believe It's True.' A more up-beat song with the famous Phenix horns that Phil's solo work was famous for in the 80's, coming into full effect.
This song is about his divorce from his wife. This is a very powerful song. Phil did drums and keyboards. Darryl Sturmer did the guitar and Moog Taurus bass pedals. The only bass was from the Taurus Pedals
