Had to fill in as the 400 leg on our DMR at Millrose, definitely not a sprinter and was slowest in field but not too embarrassed by dropping 54.00. Was really cool to see you do the 800!
im finna quit track till 2024 not because of the work but it feels like im not going anywhere in long distance(8,16,32 ect)also i wanna run the 400 so all ill do is get stronger all summer and now.My plan is to back squat 1.7xbody weight,front squat 1.5xbody weight single leg squat 1.4xbw power clean 1.5bw and lastly bench 1.3bw and of course do abbs in between.You think this will change overall speed in my jr year next year?????
