If you see this, curious what your favorite 1500 peaking session is, about to do one. Edit for those curious: Did 3x800 in 2:11, 2:08, 2:04 off 5 minutes. Definitely would love to hear alternative workouts though!
Nice job, Alex. Really enjoyed the way you filmed and edited the pre-race. The starts from lane 5 were such a fantastic edit. Nice job, Clayton. Excited to see outdoors! Ups and downs am I right?
It times of big lose, there is a stronger comeback. I believe that Clayton Murphy be back better than ever, outdoor prediction 1.43.56 or 1st in early season meets.
Congratulations on the run Mr. Murphy! Also question.. I’m a sub 2 800 high schooler who will be running in college next year and I’m debating spending the money on some max flies to have through the end of the season and in college. Is it worth getting them with the high prices and Will it help take off some time?
Really depends on how much of a forefoot runner you are. Clayton is an extreme forefoot runner which you can see clearly with his strides and is always on the tips of his toes so the Maxfly works. Same with Athing Mu. If you aren't a super pronounced forefoot runner then, one, your calves are going to be destroyed when you try to race in them, two, you won't be able to keep your form, three, you will feel less of a benefit than from the Victory or Dragonfly, and four, you'll tear up the shoe because you'll wear down the places that aren't supposed to be ran on and Maxflys are already pretty questionable durability wise. Overall, if you aren't sure and already have Vics and Dragonflys and you know that they work for you, stick to them, there won't be a big enough difference or time drop by switching to the Maxfly to justify going through that process unless you really want to.
Great run even if u injured, u are a champ just for that, not a total disaster, hope u are good, the kid also, i have a question, what happen in the final of Tokyo olimpic 2020, u run with injuries? Because i can not believe u dont wanna win that race! Gl and keep the good content !
One final video on the US indoor champs dropping Wednesday before outdoor season content begins 🫡

don't buy maxflies for the 800m they're a sprint spike. the victories or dragonflys are a much better choice for the 800m
@@haydendubs6287 well max flies are the ones he wears

Probably not worth it unless you are a 400/800 guy. The victory is pretty similar but is lighter and can be used for 1500m
I mean, you just watched him race in Dragons
Waiting for your outdoor season 😈
what exactly does the tape of the shin area do? is it to prevent/help shin splints?
What is the name of the training Nike track pants that you are wearing? I want a pair so I can look them up 🙏
11:51 bro ripped off a $90 singlet😭

Way to push through, many people would have given up on that race.
One of the top all time American 800 meter runners! Faster then Simmons!
Am I the only one noticing it says “Disater” in the thumbnail
Omg I’m dyslexic, thank you so much 😭
@Alex Andrei You're fired
3:21 Textbook George
I love robby Andrews
You should collab with Nick Symmonds
Can I get your ripped off singlet if you have it 🙏
Don't think he will make the team in 24.
Noted. Thanks John
@S Rod Do you think he is past his best at 800 and possibly has a better chance at the 15. At 29 he is looking a bit old for me.
