Simms is the best! I own lot of their products from waders, shirts, shorts, pants, socks, and a fly rod vault. You are going to be comfy for a long time
I bought a $400.00 Simms rainsuit at the Bass Pro fishing fair two or three years ago in Springfield and I love that thing. I can reach into my livewell to get fish and water never runs up my arms. I fish in the nasty winter rain as well and I'm always dry Randy. I wear fleece sweats and a fleece sweatshirt and I stay warm all day! Best rain suit I've ever owned by far!
Sadly, they are WAY overpriced. Spending up to and north of $1000 for rain gear is absolutely stupid. If you got the cash to waste, more power to you but DAMN!!!! lol
@@truck57us Heck yeah bro. I use $100 Ranger Bibs and a $100 Simms Rain jacket with my own clothes underneath and that works just fine during the rainy days.
All my Simms gear has been top notch and Gore-Tex is the very best way to go where staying dry is the priority. No coatings to wear out - the "dry" is the fabric itself. Breathes but keeps liquid water out. PU coatings wear out... Gore Tex is forever.
I had many of them that made me sweat way too much... So I wasn't dry anyway.,. Would like to know how much I have to fork over for a good suit like that ??

How do you know it's awesome if the tag is still on it? Looks great. I'm still using my Cabela's Guidewear.
You will love it. Had mine for several years and still works great. Very comfortable and light. Best you can get.
Love my Simms too. Everything they make
There is really nothing more important than your comfort when fishing.

Agreed! My Army ACU surplus Gore-Tex rain jacket and pants at well under half this jacket's price work great.

This is the guy who complains about the price of everything lol
@@bassman4201000Straight up hypocrite but, I do think he has some good points but yeah he does this weekly.
@@bassman4201000 Do you work for Simms? lol Rain Gear is not worth $1000.

Close to a grand. But it breathes.
Holy crap just looked how much. I bet you’ll be comfortable tho. Nice suit
How much it cost
Jacket and bibs both on sale,200+ off each, but only big boy sizes left😡
Will this get sweaty??
No. Gore Tex will breathe water vapor (perspiration) but will lock out liquid water. That's the beauty of Gore Tex.
Cost more than my first boat
Christ, do you have to mention you TW link every video? You used to bash other channels who had TW links in their description.
