Your taking these trades when all of the daily time frames are clearly in an uptrend I honestly dont think the 3 touch channels work unless your at a clear top or bottom on the daily timeframe but I do appreciate your videos and your dedication to trading I'm only questioning why you would take this approach

I can tell you this, when i started meditating 10 minutes a day, it has completely changed my life. I'm currently using "Waking Up" an app by Sam Harris, and it's Mindfulness-meditation. Living in the present moment when you are analyzing your charts is key in order to witness in which direction the market is moving. It's veery difficult living in the present moment, you need to get rid of; toxic people fucking your energy up, people who put you down, you can throw social media out of the window because it's not gonna help you..
Read "Zen in the markets". And perhaps the most important thing of all, practice in an simulator. The difference in becoming an successful trader is backtesting 500 trades with the same strategy, and focusing on this one trade and doing it over, and over and over again with precision. Most people won't do the work, because it's boring or you need "discipline". Everyone can learn how to become disciplined but it takes effort.
There really is no shortcuts, it's hard work. And you gotta just do it.
I have been trying to learn trading for the past 4 years and for the last 1-2 years when i just picked an strategy and sticked to it and been doing like 300 trades now in simulator. I have never been this good at trading and it's because of practicing every single day, it's alot of sacrifice but its damn worth it, i can tell you that.
I have been watching you Michael Bamber for some time now and you have inspired me to becoming more disciplined, and for that i say thank you :)

I took the CAD/CHF trade last week too, but long. Price was in a clear uptrend, had broken recent highs, formed a new high and was retesting, why would you think it'd move to the downside?
ya i also mention about this.. mean the analysis for this video is loss and the analysis for any person is not perfect... i think its better trade using technicial and fundamental both.. nevermind just trade again..

Hey michael, I have a question. How do you calculate risk when trading instruments like CORN, WHEAT, SUGAR, NATURALGAS, and indices? I know how to for forex but not for commodities and gases. I still trade them but it would be nice to know how you do! Regards...
Hey mate! Good question: I was using Oanda before which allows you to calculate 1% risk based on the £/$ amount. But on MT4 it obviosuly doesn't have that. I'm still trying to figure this out but if i found out, i'll let you know
Michael Bamber The fact that you were using OANDA helped me figure it out. If you search: www1.oanda.com/forex-trading/analysis/currency-units-calculator • you can calculate risk on all the instruments on OANDA, which is very efficient!

Hey! Good question, i hope not. I don't have everything figured out and sometimes people get put on a pedestal unnecessarily. I'm still working through things myself and working on myself to get better. So i'm not looking for someone to have it all figured out or anything like that and hopefully they would see that too!

Hey Faz! It's called Oura, but comes with the ring to be able to track the data. In the meantime, Sleep Cycle app is a cheaper option and doesnt require the ring

so you just indicate your account balance, stop loss in pips and risk by percent then it will tell you the specific lot size
