Hi, thanks for the info. However, I still have problems. First set up wifi menu is not presented. Second I can't calibrate rear speakers. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I'm having the same problem. Won't calibrate rear specakers. Says to undock BUT THEY ARE ALREADY UNDOCKED!

How do you pair the rear speakers besides hitting the buttons on the back of the speakers? The soundbar simply doesn’t act like those speakers exist.
I’ve reset the soundbar and still no sound out of the rear speakers and no the sound isn’t on “none.”
Have you got how to connect rear speaker? I can't hear anything when they are undocked. Calibration is also not happening to rear speakers. Pease comment here if you got how to fix, it would be helpful
@@vinaychimmana6130 I finally got mine to work. I hooked my rear speakers back up to the main speaker and let them fully charge for 24 hours (just a bit of overkill). Next, I unplugged the whole speaker system, that includes the bass system, for 15 minutes. Next I plug everything back in and do a system reset and upgrade the entire system (upgrades can be done through the app). Make sure you have setup the soundbar for WiFi and use the app to calibrate all speakers. Finally, make sure all speakers are powered on (the rear speakers have individual power buttons on the back), your media system (cable box, Xbox, Blu-ray, whatever is set to surround sound; I did a system sound check with my Xbox to make sure the Xbox was also sending out a signal to all speakers. Last thing, I would put my tv in pass through mode.
Hope this helps. You can also check your hdmi cable and the input port you are using.
