    I believe most jam or jelly recipes require a quarter inch headspace. I can’t wait to try this recipe.

    The recipe looks so good. When I take my hot jars full of water from the canner, I just dump the water back into the pan.

    Following your recipe to give out with sourdough bread. I have never made Jam before. Today i made a walnut, cranberry (soaked in maple syrup), orange zest sourdough. It was fantastic and i thought a jam with with similar ingredients would be great with regular sourdough bread. I have watched about 10 videos but your recipie i wrote in my book and will be trying out tomorrow.

    I love clove spice but I don’t know what all spice is. I know I don’t like nutmeg!! Can you explain what is all spice or what’s in it?

    • @inthekitchenwithtallifaye4724
      @inthekitchenwithtallifaye4724  2 года назад

      Allspice is a mixture of all the warm spice flavors even though it is an actual spice of it’s own!… It has hints of nutmeg flavor in it so I would probably just omit that and add 2 tsp cinnamon or one and 1/2 each of the cloves & cinnamon 😊
