Okay, I keep coming back to this workout because I LOVE IT! Seriously, I love how you spread out the exercises/routines for all the body parts (so that we're not doing all floor/upper body work in five minutes, for example). This really helps to alleviate fatigue/soreness in my body so THANK YOU for doing that. This video is seriously one of my all-time favorite workouts so thank you again, girl. You are AMAZING! :-)

That was fantastic. I’m dripping in sweat! I too loved the seated hammy roll, I haven’t done one like that before and it was a great challenge! This is the first workout of you’d that I’ve done but I think you’re well on your way girly! Keep it up!! 🥰
